This scripture should settle it, but not for you.
JOHN 17:12
» 12 † While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. This speaks of a man, Judas. Just as Revelation speaks of a man.
Is Ed right and Jesus wrong.God Bless

Hi Marlin,That is merely an assumption on your part.
Do you see the name Judas anywhere in there?Have you not considered that me both and Jesus are right,
but instead it is your understanding that is wrong? (2Thess 2:2-3)God bless

“That which had not been told them shall they see; and that
which they had not heard shall they consider.” (Isaiah 52:15)All the fullness of the Godhead dwelt in [Jesus] bodily. (Col.2:9)
Similarly, we are also a part of the body of Christ. (1Cor. 12:27)So we may then conclude that all of us, plus the fullness of the Godhead,
are all part of the whole body of Christ. Did not GOD also create {Lucifer}
and how is Lucifer connected to the body of Christ? Only in death was Lucifer
connected to the body of Christ. The key is found in Isaiah 14:19: thou art cast
out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain,
thrust through with a sword. Jesus is the only person (so far) whose body was cast out
of the grave. His body was also thrust through with a spear. Jesus is furthermore called
the branch in Zechariah 3:8. But the significant difference here is these things happened
to Jesus’ body after He was (a corpse)dead; “the body of sin”.עד (Joshua 22:34) Ed (Witness)

Hi Nick, (Nahum 1:14)“I(YHVH) will make thy grave(Lucifer); for thou art vile.”
YHVH separated Lucifer from the Godhead at Jesus' death,
YHVH resurrected Jesus so that we may be purged of Lucifer.

There is no godhead. That is a misunderstood KJV word with several scriptural derivationsLucifer occurs once in scripture so no conclusions can be taken as to who it was.
God's spirit gave life to the mortal body of Jesus Christ.
Jesus died as we do. No value is placed on the dust body of earth.
Like us he was renewed in Spirit, renewed in heart and mind and given a new body.
All things have become new
