It seems the opinions of theologians and bible experts are given more credence here than supporting verse from the bible.

that is where my point is ,when Israel ask to get a king,this is where some do not want to look into the scriptures and find out what God want from them and so go to organized religion and pay the prize for their decision,because now they are in the hands of men not Gods

There is a better way though it does involve patience.
