Is baptism needed for salvation?

Baptism in water has been performed and preached,
But misunderstood.
Here is the real meaning of it.

1.Water symbolises the holy Spirit.
2. The submerging in the water symbolises the
submerging in the Holy Spirit.
3. The coming out of the water symbolises the
new birth. ( born again). but??.

One is submerged in the Holy Spirit,and he has to stay there untill the resurrection. He must not fall away.

Then He will come out a new man. Born of the spirit;born again.

One that has gone true the water ritual is not born again yet; untill he has gone through the real thing.
Submerge himself in the Holy Spirit through his life time,
then will he be born again in spirit,at the coming.
