How to include images in your posts

As you may be aware, I have been trying to give all members the ability to post images into posts. The reason it cannot be done is to secure the forums from members posting images of the wrong kind.  However, this forum is highly regulated and I do not mind giving members this permission, but in the core of the code, their is security disabling all from posting media unless you are an Author or able to post blogs to the site. In the past when I have found a way to allow it, security updates disable it again.

Solution. Not the mist desirable one, but a solution nevertheless.

1. Attach your image to your post and submit using the new Attachments feature above the Submit button.
2. Edit your post, and now click on the Media button and choose the image from the Media library as it will be there.
3. Done, although you can play around with different sizes and alignments.
4. Now finish your post (with text if you want) and submit.
