Gene correctly says that God reveals truth. The Son reveals truth. Therefore, the Son is God.THE SON REVEALS THE FATHER TO US:
” All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him” Matthew 11:27
Major premise: God reveals truth
Minor premise: The Son reveals the Father
Conclusion: Therefore, the Son is GodJESUS CHRIST REVEALED THE GOSPEL TO PAUL:
“But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. 12 For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ” Galatians 1:11-12
There it is friends! Paul said that the gospel did not come to him by man but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. It was Jesus who revealed the gospel truth to Paul andt it did not come to him by man. Then Jesus is clearly God for the truth did not come to Paul by man.

The Son revals the Father to whomsoever He wills.“All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.”
This is nothing less than absolute sovereignty. Furthermore, Jesus claimed that God was His own Father and it got Him into trouble with the Jews because he was making Himself equal with God (John 5:18).
“This was why the Jews were seeking all the more to kill him, because not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.” ESV
Seeing that God is Christ's OWN Father He may reveal Him to whomsoever He wills.
Absolute sovereignty!

Gene,
You're not the eternal Word are you? Btw, you quote God's wors in the manner that satan does by changing the truth of God into a lie.Did the son reveal the Father to you or not? Was it His sovereign choice or not? Simple questions.

Hi thethinker:Yes, Jesus revealed the gospel to the Apostle Paul. It is on this order that it is revealed through Jesus to Paul and to the rest of his servants:
Quote Rev 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants–things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, Love in Christ,

MartyYou heard what you wanted to hear!
My point is Paul says the revelation he recieved was not from man, but then gives Jesus credit for giving him the revelation without mention of the Father.
My point is Paul's mindset is, Jesus is not a mere man, but in fact Pauls understanding of him is he is God as other scriptures indicate!
