Phil.2:13 … for it is God Who is operating in you to will as well as to work for the sake of “His” delight.
Ro.9:11 …For, not as yet being born, nor putting into practice anything good or bad, that the purpose of God may be remaining as a choice, not out of acts, but of “Him Who is calling”,
Ro.8:33 …Who will be indicting “God's chosen ones”? God, the Justifier?
Ro.8:14 …For whoever are being “led by God's spirit”, these are sons of God.
Col.3:12 …Put on, then, as “God's chosen” ones, holy and beloved, pitiful compassions, kindness, humility, meekness, patience,
2Tim.2:10 …Therefore I am enduring all because of those “who are chosen”, that they also may be happening upon the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with glory eonian.
1Peter.5:13 …Greeting you is the ecclesia in Babylon, chosen together with you, and Mark, my son.
Mk.13:20 …And, except the Lord discounts the days, no flesh at all would be saved. But because of the “chosen”, whom “He chooses”, He discounts the days.
“Our choices”? Do Gods choices not count?
Is not “All of God”?
1.Cor.8:6 …nevertheless for us there is one God, the Father, out of Whom all is, and we for Him, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through Whom all is, and we through Him.
1.Cor.11:12 …12 For even as the woman is out of the man, thus the man also is through the woman, yet “all is of God”.
2.Cor.5:18 …”Yet all is of God”, Who conciliates us to Himself through Christ, and is giving us the dispensation of the conciliation,
And one final scripture, believe what is written:
Ro.11:36 …seeing that out of Him and through Him and for Him is all: to Him be the glory for the eons! Amen!Does not this last scripture posted sum it all up pretty well? If “ALL IS OF GOD”, what of mans “free will”? Nowhere in scripture does it say we have “free will”. Yet we are to proud of ourselves we still believe “WE” are responsible for our choices.
God Bless, Jerry.

Ro 11:32 God has found everyone guilty of not obeying him. So now he can have mercy on everyone.
Praise to God
Ro 11:33 How very rich are God’s wisdom and knowledge!
How he judges is more than we can understand!
The way he deals with people is more than we can know!
Ro 11:34 “Who can ever know what is in the Lord’s mind?
Or who can ever give him advice?” (Isaiah 40:13)
Ro 11:35 “Has anyone ever given anything to God,
so that God has to pay him back?” (Job 41:11)
Ro 11:36 All things come from him.
All things are directed by him.
All things are for his good.
May God be given the glory forever! Amen.Living for God
Ro 12:1 Brothers and sisters, God has shown you his mercy. So I am asking you to offer up your bodies to him while you are still alive. Your bodies are a holy sacrifice that is pleasing to God. When you offer your bodies to God, you are worshiping him
do you understand those scriptures i just quoted ???
January 30, 2010 at 5:54 am#174459chosenoneParticipantterraricca.
Yes, I understand perfectly, but you don't seem to understand the scriptures I quoted just before. It states quite clearly that “All is of God”, in scripture you quoted, you seemed to totally agree that it is God, not us, that saves us. Then you make that last statement and totally contradict yourself by asking “us” to “offer our bodies to God”. Let me repeat “ALL IS OF GOD”. (Nothin is of “us”)Blessings.

Hi ChosenOne,What you are saying to Terraricca may be a bit misleading to him.
We also participate in the cleaning process, and once fully clean we are indeed “Saved”!Romans 6:1-4 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Know ye not,
that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up
from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.Hebrews 10:26: For if we sin willfully after
that we have received the knowledge of the truth,
there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
James 2:18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith,
and I have works: show me thy faith without thy works,
and I will show thee my faith by my works.Clarification on this important issue of salvation is necessary here!
Phil:2:12: …work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.God bless

you see you always look for what pleases you not the truth,
see what Paul said in EPH2;1
YOU WERE LIVING IN YOUR SINS AND LAWLESS WAYS,BUT IN FACT YOU WERE DEAD.
THEN HE SAYS YOU USED TO LIVE AS SINNERS;;;;;;
SO THEY HAVE CHANGED THERE WAYS TO OBEY CHRIST AND RECIED THE GRACE OF GOD.THOSE VERSES YOU QUOTE ME CONFIRM WHAT I EXPLAIN ALL ALONG.
Eph 2:1 You were living in your sins and lawless ways. But in fact you were dead.
Eph 2:2 You used to live as sinners when you followed the ways of this world. You served the one who rules over the spiritual forces of evil. He is the spirit who is now at work in those who don’t obey God.
Eph 2:3 At one time we all lived among them. We tried to satisfy what our sinful nature wanted to do. We followed its longings and thoughts. God was angry with us and everyone else because of the kind of people we were.
Eph 2:4 But God loves us deeply. He is full of mercy.
Eph 2:5 So he gave us new life because of what Christ has done. He gave us life even when we were dead in sin. God’s grace has saved you.
Eph 2:6 God raised us up with Christ. He has seated us with him in his heavenly kingdom because we belong to Christ Jesus.
Eph 2:7 He has done it to show the riches of his grace for all time to come. His grace can’t be compared with anything else. He has shown it by being kind to us because of what Christ Jesus has done.
Eph 2:8 God’s grace has saved you because of your faith in Christ. Your salvation doesn’t come from anything you do. It is God’s gift.
Eph 2:9 It is not based on anything you have done. No one can brag about earning it.
Eph 2:10 God made us. He created us to belong to Christ Jesus. Now we can do good things. Long ago God prepared them for us to do.God’s New Family
Eph 2:11 You who are not Jews by birth, here is what I want you to remember. You are called “uncircumcised” by those who call themselves “circumcised.” But they have only been circumcised in their bodies by human hands.
Eph 2:12 Before you believed in Christ, you were separated from him. You were not considered to be citizens of Israel. You were not included in what the covenants promised. You were without hope and without God in the world.
Eph 2:13 At one time you were far away from God. But now you belong to Christ Jesus. He spilled his blood for you. That has brought you near to God.
Eph 2:14 Christ himself is our peace. He has made Jews and non-Jews into one group of people. He has destroyed the hatred that was like a wall between us.
Eph 2:15 Through his body on the cross, Christ put an end to the law with all its commands and rules. He wanted to create one new group of people out of the two. He wanted to make peace between them.WEN YOU QUOTE SCRIPTURES MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE CONTEXT TALK ABOUT
January 31, 2010 at 3:54 am#174613GeneBalthropParticipantTerraricca……….What Chosenone has posted it the truth, You can not save yourself in (ANYWAY) It is by the GRACE of GOD that WE are saved and it is (NOT) from OURSELVES. Most “FREE WILL” believers Hate that idea, because they think their so-called “Free Will” Choice saves them. There are scriptures that say can a leopard Change its Spots, can an Ethiopian change his skin? That is and impossibility and so is self works salvation. We are the CLAY and GOD the FATHER is the POTTER and He can make us anyway He so Choses rather we like it or not. He (ALONE) is the SAVIOR of (ALL) of MANKIND> PRIDE HATES that THOUGHT. God said I will have mercy on whom I will and He hardens How he will to harden.
GOD the FATHER is in (COMPLETE) CONTROL of ALL HIS creation and GIVES that Control to NO MAN , no matter what man may think. Jesus' salvation was not a matter of HIS so-called (FREE WILL CHOICES) if that were the case then Scripture could not have accurately predicted about him before He every was born and Cyrus could not have been predicted to do what he did, nor the prophets not John the baptist and on and on it goes, Man does NOT Chose His SALVATION by His so-called “FREE” WILLS. It is GOD'S hand in ones Life that saves HIM and nothing else can, not even himself. But PRIDE HATES that TRUTH and so do all men driven by their PRIDE. “FOR ALL THATS IN THE WORLD THE LUST OF THE EYES THE LUST OF THE FLESH AND THE (PRIDE) OF LIFE, COMES (FROM) THE WORLD AND THE WORLD IS PASSING AWAY AND THE LUST WITH IT”. The world teaches it all up to you to save yourself, but (NO) ONE has been able to yet. Not even Jesus could save himself, but committed himself to the one who could save Him GOD the FATHER ALONE> IMO

All these scriptures you quote are for Israel, while still under the “law”, given by Moses. They were given to Israel by God under the “Old Covenant” between God and His “chosen People, Israel”.
We of 'the Nations' who were not part of Israel, and were without God in the world,
Eph2:11-12 …11 Wherefore, remember that once you, the nations in flesh — who are termed 'Uncircumcision' by those termed 'Circumcision,' in flesh, made by hands —
12 that you were, in that era, apart from Christ, being alienated from the citizenship of Israel, and guests of the promise covenants, having no expectation, and without God in the world. We are now under the covenant of “the Grace of God”, He (God), sees our sins “no more”. (2Cor.5:19)
You must “correctly divide the word of truth”, as directed by Christs apostle Paul in 2Tim.2:15.
We are now under “Grace”, not the “law”.
Blessings, Jerry.

Ro.2:16 …16 in the day when God will be judging the hidden things of humanity, according to my evangel, through Jesus Christ.
Notice “according to my evangel” . This is Paul making this statement, he is saying “my evangel”, the one commissioned by Christ Jesus, which is the “Grace of God”.Blessings.

REPENTANCE IS GIVEN BY GOD TO ALL THOSE HE IS DEALING WITH IT IS THE PROCESS OF SALVATION TAKING PLACE IN ALL WHO HAVE GODS SPIRIT (IN) THEM. “GODLY SORROW WORKS REPENTANCE NOT TO BE REPENTED OF”, just that simple. men do not repent on there own, the very ones who were crying crucify HIM after the Holy Spirit fell said men and brethren what shall we do seeing we have put to death the son of GOD, (they were pricked in the hearts by the Holy SPIRIT and that (CAUSED) them to repent).
