as soon that Jesus was born the time was set for him to come but you have to know and understand scriptures in his whole ,to understand what Christ meant when he said “

Lk 23:46 Jesus called out with a loud voice,“Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.” When he had said this, he breathed his last.

Mk 15:34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?”—which means, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”

Jn 19:30 When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

He was born King of the Jews, Christ, Lord, and Savior.

Nick, that is what the scriptures CLEARLY say – they don't mince words.

You can either get on board with the scriptures, or keeping posting unscriptural nonsense. The choice is yours.

    Yes Jesus died.
    He quoted Ps 22 first.

So he was human and his victory over death was only by the Spirit of God abiding in him

    N

Ro 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,
Ro 8:2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.
Ro 8:3 For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man,
Ro 8:4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.

Ro 7:18 I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out.
Ro 7:19 For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing.
Ro 7:20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
Ro 7:21 So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me.
    Ro 7:22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law;
Ro 7:23 but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members.
Ro 7:24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death?
Ro 7:25 Thanks be to God—through Jesus Christ our Lord!
So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in the sinful nature a slave to the law of sin.

do not make deceit your understanding,

    Hi t,
We can speak of victory over death because scripture does.
    1Cor 15.54-55

He died but Jesus was revived in the type of Jonah on the third day. Peter and Paul exulted in this fulfillment of scripture proving that he was who he claimed to be, the Son of God.

    acts 2. 22-36
    acts 13 16-39

Peter and Paul showed short passages from Scripture had meaning in their own right so why would you expect Jesus to recite a whole psalm?

IT IS FINISHED indicates his obedience through suffering unto death had been complete and the lamb could die. Satan would be stripped of his terrible power over men by the fear of death by his coming resurrection. Heb 2.15
