Jammin;There is only one God worthy of worship and he does not sin or is he tempted by sin. Jesus Christ does not qualify as he was tempted even as we are but did not sin.

that's what the bible says.
“he became like us”
but it does not mean that he is not GOD.
the bible says that he is God by nature.

the term GOD refers to father, son and HS.not “GODs”. that is not the term of the bible. the bible says that they have the same nature, GOD “and not GODS”
now answer my question.

why did you use mat 18.16 and deut 19.15does the verse refers to the preaching the doctrine of GOD or about the sin of the brethren/ crime they may have committed?
