Jesus also came to Baptize with the Holy Ghost and fire! Anyone with a brain would recognize that there is something good and something bad happening with the truth of Jesus from God.

Well Tim,
I must admit that I am utterly shocked. First you openly admit that you have “chosen” the God (with a capital “G”) who brought us truth FROM god (who you later render with a small “g” and call “a god of death/destruction”). But then you again admit that the power Jesus does have was GIVEN TO HIM by this lower case “god of death/destruction”.
I am completely baffled by you at times.
And then when Pierre quotes a spot on passage that shows you that Jesus came, not to bring peace, but a sword, you lambast him and say the sword is for morons.
My friend, you once told me I was being “tongue in cheek” when I pointed out that you only like the “happy scriptures”. But you've once again showed my words to be true.
Imagine that YOU are God Almighty, Tim. And YOU provided a beautiful dwelling place and wonderfully created bodies and minds for you creations. Then they blew you off completely and started worshipping ME instead – even though I didn't have anything to do with creating them. And they put their little 6 month old babies in a microwave and cooked them alive as a way of worshipping ME. And they perverted EVERYTHING you've ever taught them and maimed and killed each other, robbed and lied to have others punished, etc.
Would you just “love” them and say “good job people!”? Or would you want to utterly destroy these abominations and clear them out so that the ones who practiced love and truth and respect could go on living?
You think of Jehovah as a “butcher” or something, for destroying nations that did similar detestable practices. I feel sorry for you, Tim. You have distanced yourself from the very God who created you. You are like John Lennon and his song “Imagine”. In your quest for world peace, you are willing to forego the God who is the ONLY One who CAN bring world peace. You act as if man can deliver this by himself – but he can't.
I am personally GLAD that my God AND His servant with the sword coming out of his mouth will utterly destroy the wicked off the face of the earth so that the meek will live in peace.
And I don't even care that I might be judged as one of those wicked and be destroyed – for the will of my God is all that I want to be done. I trust the judgment of him who my God placed as Judge – and if I'm found not worthy for everlasting life, I will rejoice just as much as if I am found worthy – for I know it is the will of my God that is being done. And HE knows way better than YOU or ME how to run His own creation.

The most high God always delivered men from destruction, death, lions, furnaces, etc.! It seems to me that you use human mentality in forming a creative picture of your God! Using an analogy of God and his creation that blows off God and follows one of the creation is not accurate in my opinion. God created a seed of himself, gave it to an Angel and sent it to Mary. Mary accepted the seed of God by faith and bore a God/Son. This God/Son is created in the imagination/mind of God and is the “exact” expression and representation of God.
They are one in the same. A drop of ocean water is exactly the same as the entire ocean. Trillions of drops/same ocean! Would it be possible to worship a drop or a gallon or a million gallons and not be worshiping the entire ocean? The drop of ocean is the exact make-up of all the ocean. Jesus is God in the flesh. The seed of God is the word of God that was given to Mary. If you have seen Jesus, you have seen the father. Jesus said to Philip, have I been with you so long and yet you say, show us the father?
If you have seen me you have seen the father. Jesus spoke only the fathers words, Jesus did only the fathers works, Jesus said himself that apart from the father he could do nothing. Why on earth would you try to separate Jesus from God? All power in heaven and in earth has been given to Yeshua/Jesus/Emmanuel/God in us! We were told to go to all the world, in the “name”(the authority, the power, the annointing of God, in his stead) and tell them the good news of who we really are, God/Sons!
The most high God of Jesus is in you, me and all mankind as we look for God, hear with understanding and accept by faith the Spirit of God. The life of God (no death) the love of God etc.!
The Gospel of God, to mankind, through Jesus, IS THE GOOD NEWS! You can call it “happy scriptures” or whatever but when you find the New Testament truth from God it is GOOD news!! Mike: GOD IS NOT GOING TO DESTROY MANKIND!! Mankind is perfect. Only his thinking is wrong. He has believed lies about God and has a fuzzy, unclear picture of God. God does not love you and hate you. God does not heal people and then kill people. The only thing evil is WRONG THINKING which leads to evil deeds of destruction.If a computer is programed wrong you don't throw it away, you program it correctely and then its perfect. God does not destroy his creation. He made it perfect, gave it free will choice and it programed itself with evil. Jesus is the reprogramer. Here his words deep within and you are made perfect again.
GOD IS THE TRUTH OF ABSOLUTE LIFE! Jesus came to show mankind the truth about who he is and what he is. RELIGION had duped man into believing he was unworthy, unclean, sinful, unrighteous, et.al.! Jesus came to clear up those lies that had be propagated over the years. Man was lost in untruth. Man was lost in destructive lies apart from the truth.
Take away all religious thinking for one moment in time. The information that man had created and passed down to his own kind was dirty and destrutive. That wasn't God.
Jesus came to reveal the truth to mankind. If you believe Jesus came from God and Jesus was Gods representative of the truth then listen to Jesus, not the destructive old testament. God said the information that is set before you is information of life or death, now its up to you to choose.
The word of God, JESUS, has come, is come, is coming and will come! The eternal word is at work now. The word is going forth doing two things at once(two edged sword). The word is destroying untruth and leaveing the truth of God. The wars we are in are to find the truth of what God thinks about us. When Jesus(the word of God) destroys the wicked(lies and deceptions) the meek will inherit the earth.
God is burning up the evil thinking, doctrines, information against mankind/the sons of God! Evil spirits/words of darkness, wickedness in high places distorting and changing mankind into hateful killers. The religious order of man destroying his brothers for the sake of gain!
The tares(bad see, untruth) are gathered and burned. The good seed(words of God through Jesus) is left, to itself.
The fishermen gather the fish into boats, the good ones they keep the bad ones they throw back.
Just as in the days of Noah, one will be taken one will remain.
The evil is taken and the righteous remain in the kingdom of their father. In the time of Noah the evil was washed away.IMO, TK
