And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit.
John 19:30
When Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished.” And bowing His head, He yielded up His spirit.

Do you posting those verses suggest that your answer is “Yes” to my question:

Ed JApril 23, 2017 at 12:08 pm#819198MiiaParticipantAre you having difficulty understanding the answer in those scriptures? Jesus answered the devil with scriptures.
April 23, 2017 at 2:13 pm#819200Ed JParticipantHi Miia,
Why are you trying to be difficult?
I’m not asking Jesus or the devil, I’m asking you.Is your answer “Yes” or “No” ???
5. Do you believe “Christ” was born with a spirit of his own? y/n
(remember “I don’t know” is also an acceptable answer)In the… Miia on the HotSeat ….thread you said…
“Yes, then keep asking. I have so far answered y/n to them.”
…indicating that you were going to be cooperative, but you have been anything but cooperative for quite some time.

Hi Miia,
Let me ask you this – What do you suppose Jesus meant when he said Matt 5:37:
“but let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay:
for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.”____________
God bless
Ed JApril 25, 2017 at 7:26 pm#819205MiiaParticipantIn that verse, Jesus was referring to oath taking. If Jesus meant more than oath taking, then what are you doing writing anything apart from Y/N/IDK?
Oaths
33 “Again you have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not swear falsely, but shall perform to the Lord what you have sworn.’ 34 But I say to you, Do not take an oath at all, either by heaven, for it is the throne of God, 35 or by the earth, for it is his footstool, or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King. 36 And do not take an oath by your head, for you cannot make one hair white or black. 37 Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from evil.

Hi Miia,
It sounds like you are taking an oath here not to say “Yes” or “No”
…is that not relevant to the verse I cited?____________

Christ is the teacher. Love is the answer. Judgment is unnecessary. Simplicity is with Christ.

Peace and love and… good luck.

Hi Miia,
OK then if Matthew 5:37 is not applicable to you, because
you are not taking an oath not to say “Yes” or “No”
to my question/s, then let me ask you this:Is Christ “God”?
