Should Ed J leave H-net?
February 6, 2013 at 11:37 pm#331910mikeboll64BlockedEd,
Most of us here are trying our best to please God. We think about God, and what He wants from us, all the time. We are, in some cases, fixated on God. After all, that's why we spend so much time reading about and discussing Him on this site. We want to know as much as is humanly possible about our Creator.
But many times, what I KNOW about God and scriptures is something you KNOW is wrong, or inaccurate. And vice-versa. Heads will butt – more often than not it seems. My advice is to not take these things personally – to the best of your ability.
You and I disagree on many scriptural issues – but agree on many others. I have learned from talking to you, and I assume you have also learned from your discussions with me.
I think you should stick around.
peace and love,
your friend,

February 7, 2013 at 12:25 am#331924ProclaimerParticipantI don't know Ed.
I am of the view that men's souls are so important that God sent his son to die for us.
So I am of course concerned with your dialogue with Atheists by giving them what most of us believe is not relevant as proof of God.I think they deserve to hear the true message put forward with real answers to their questions. I have no problem with debating them and even using humour by taking the piss so to speak.
But giving them something that is easily refuted and even laughable, only pushes them further away. I know because I was an Atheist for nearly half my life and Christians themselves pushed me further away too often with the lack of logic and reason.
I am going to be blunt here. I want you to stay so you can learn and even teach, but at what point is it detrimental for you stay. I mean, it the effect is more bad than good, then surely as servant of the Most High, do you really want to be held responsible for the bad effects that your teaching may have?
Your call, your life, your choice. But if you don't think of them, what about yourself?
February 7, 2013 at 12:26 am#3319252beseeParticipantAmen Mike.
I agree with the two above, Ed.

Hi T8,We are all going to have to give an account to God; you, me,
and also the Atheist who refuses to accept the “Proof of God”.God bless

Hi 2Besee,Yes of course , I already knew that based on the time-stamp

http://www.holycitybiblecode.orgFebruary 11, 2013 at 3:36 am#332595ProclaimerParticipanti.e., No repentance. No guilt. No worries.
You will go right on pushing people away from God then.
No one can stop you from doing that. But you will be accountable for your lack of care for teaching the saved and preaching to the unsaved.
We should be preaching that which is true.
February 11, 2013 at 3:44 am#332600Ed JParticipantHi T8,
What I have been telling you is truth.
God bless
Ed J (Joshua 22:34)
http://www.holycitybiblecode.orgFebruary 11, 2013 at 8:19 am#333092ProclaimerParticipantSame here Ed. I am showing you the truth regarding your Gematria.
There are enough words to make English Gematria say anything.
Occult = 74
Tarot = 74
Gematria = 74.And Ed J isn't sure if these are connected to the number 74.
So he can work out his numbers, but when you use the same method and come up with something incriminating, suddenly he doesn't know the answer to the question which is, “Are these 3 words connected to the number 74 in Ed J's Gematria Calculator?”.
February 11, 2013 at 8:29 am#333097Ed JParticipantHi T8,
Are you trying to sway the voting?
You are running a negative campaign. What
you are promoting isn't the truth and you know it.God bless
Ed J (Joshua 22:34)
http://www.holycitybiblecode.orgFebruary 11, 2013 at 8:53 am#333100ProclaimerParticipantEd J. Occult, Tarot, and Gematria all = 74 each.
Try it and you will see it is true according to your method.
People see images of Jesus and Mary in burnt toast or the pattern on a cow, or a cloud. A simple lesson in statistics would be helpful to people who think such things are miracles from God.
Ed J, you see things in numbers and not other things like Occult, Tarot, and Gematria equalling 74 each.
So you have it that God put these numbers into the Bible when it was eventually translated into English in the 1611 AKJV Bible.
I suppose next you will be saying that you were born on the same day as Jesus?
February 11, 2013 at 8:55 am#333101ProclaimerParticipantEd J, if your campaign is nutty and I am running a negative campaign, then perhaps I am trying to get things back to some kind of normal?
February 11, 2013 at 9:18 pm#333187ProclaimerParticipantEd J, I am not for you leaving, but I am also not for you preaching useless propaganda at every opportunity.
I think the best way to keep you here, but also lift up the discussions in the Believers Place by not allowing you to promote your propaganda is to create a new area called 'Crackpots Place'. Would you be happy to be the first member to move there. It would make you a kind of Father once other crackpots joined. You could even be made a moderator there too possibly.
How does that sound?
BTW, Believers would have access to 'Crackpots Place' so they could decide if they want to engage you in conversation. But they wouldn't be forced to as they are now.

Hi T8,If you don't want me to stay, I will willingly walk away. …(as Nick Hassan did because of your bullying)
But as you can see the members don't feel as you do. And
you WILL have to give an account to God about YOUR decision. No need for you to lie or play games, just be up-front about it; OK? (ref. John 16:2-3)
I also asked you if you wanted me to post less, but you have not said “Yes” to this either.I have a forum, and ALL Christians are welcome
to join me there in comprehensive bible study:http://holycitybiblecode.forumotion.co.nz/

PS. Don't forget to give yourself a tile for bullying people away. (one for Nick and one for me)February 11, 2013 at 10:02 pm#333207Ed JParticipantTo All,
I know people who will not even go on forums because of all the bickering and backbiting they see.
If forums went like the thread “Who is this woman clothed with, The Sun in Rev.12:1?”
before T8 jumped in to attempt to badmouth me in EVERY THREAD, more Christians would join forums.God bless
Ed J (Joshua 22:34)
http://www.holycitybiblecode.orgFebruary 11, 2013 at 10:07 pm#333209ProclaimerParticipantEd J. If challenging someone's teaching is bullying, then why does the Bible encourage us to refute false teaching?
I can understand that a false teacher or a man who thinks he is more right than anyone else could feel like he was being bullied. Surely the light exposes the truth and the light does make some uncomfortable.
In Nick's case, I simply challenged him about the usage of angels in scripture and if he left because of that for another reason, then you have to ask him personally. I cannot speak on his behalf.
If you consider that I bullied him, and I outlawed this so-called bullying on Heaven Net, then there would be no more challenging of people's ideas and teachings. This is the conclusion of what you are saying.
Sometimes bullying is in the eye of the beholder.
