Mk 7.12
After he called the crowd to him again, he began saying to them,
’Listen to me all of you and understand: there is nothing outside the man which can defile him if it goes into him; but the things which proceed out the of the man are what defile the man. If anyone has ears to hear let him hear.’
When he had left the crowd and entered the house, his disciples questioned him about the parable. And he said to them
’Are you so lacking in understanding also?
Do you not understand that whatever goes into the man from the outside cannot defile him, because it goes into his stomach and is eliminated. ( thus he declared all foods clean) And he was saying that which proceeds out of the man, that is what defiles the man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed the evil thoughts, fornications, thefts, murders, adulteries, deeds of coveting and wickedness, as well as deceit, sensualities, envy, slander, pride and foolishness.All these evil things proceed from within and defile the man.’
Food is for the natural body and with eating comes the need for elimination.
Eternal life is not built around such needs.
An undefiled man is defiled by cooperating and letting his indwelling demonic occupants use his body for sin.
38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.
39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.
40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. 41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory. 42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
We are NOT given celestial bodies, they have ONE glory and MANKIND has a DIFFERENT GLORY!! The resurrection of the dead are given incorruption, Jesus was raised flesh and bones and that flesh and bones as God promised was raised to NEVER see corruption.
Acts 2:31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
So that FLESH and BONES body Jesus was raised with Nick, where is it now, did it decay? What did God do with it? You say he no longer has it, however God said it would last forever.
Angels have spiritual celestial bodies and Jesus has a spiritual terrestrial body, their bodies ARE DIFFERENT according to their DESIGN, but they are the SAME in that they both HAVE God’s Eternal Life.
Luke 20:36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
This scripture does not state we will have the same bodies, it does state that we will both have eternal life. If God tells us that the celestials have ONE glory and the terrestrials have ANOTHER GLORY, that is in relation to their DESIGN, and God’s intelligence that creates a variation of creatures. We obviously can see from the variety of creatures that God has designed He likes diversity a great deal.
Nick don’t you believe that celestial beings were able to sin?..
and you say a “spiritual body” means a celestial body?
A spiritual body represents any creature that has been given eternal life, they are spiritual because they do not sin, nor are they capable of sin.
“Spiritual” means of God’s Spirit, fully following God’s will, and having God’s life in you, it does not mean that you are a spirit being. Which I believe Gene told you the same thing.

The earthly body of Jesus did not see corruption, and it will not. Scripture is fulfilled.
But we will all be changed in the twinkling of an eye.
The wheat plant is not still as a seed.

Nick, why do you think the evil we do is the result of denomic being dwelling in us. Shurely God is not unjust by juding us according what something else is doing is he?
I think the problem here is your equating evil as being a demonic being of some kind. I do not see it that way, i see evil is as opposed to good, and because i understand that spitits come in many different types and kinds, but basicly fall into two categories, good or evil, clean or unclean.
I believe these different types and kinds of sprits supply there own cognisity to our minds, and cause us to respond accordingly. They greatly effect our thought processes, and take control of our lives. They supply there own types and kinds of intellects to our minds.
Is that not why it say we are washed by the “word” of God? What is a word? Is it not is it not intellegent uterances are they not expressions of our intellects or minds same thing right?
When i have a bad thought i really do not think a demonic being is doing it, I think it is actually comming from me, my own mind, not someone else’s. So i learn to deal with by comparing that thought with the words of God, and if it is against his words, i reject it as evil or unclean, and ask God to rid me of that evil spirit, and cleanse me. To me its all about “renewing” of the “mind”, the way we think, to better aline with God our Father, and our lord Jesus christ.

Nick….every think the plant became was always in the seed it just repeoduced OR REGENERATED itself again, it did not produce a different plant now did it? ITS DNA IS AND WAS THE SAME. IMO

The dust of earth has no inheritance.
The earth will be renewed.
If we allow Satan to act through us we are slaves of sin.
If we are slaves to Satan we too will share his fate.
We do have to choose which master to serve.

Every man’s heart is the enemy in her view.

Nick….your view makes man a victim of everything, good or evil, like he had nothing to do with his conditionshe is in, if that were the case how could God even Judge us for anything we ourselves do? I apsolutely believe the problem is us, not some demonic “being” going around junping in ans out of whosoever he chooses to.
Nick, i only know in my life it was me myself who done the evil i did, it proceded out from my own heart, not the heart or mind of another, God has alway dealt with me by what I was doing, he alway corrected me in measure, not someone else,even though others suffered by the wrong i did.
Nick it seems your are putting the blame of all the problems on something else rather the the person doing the wrong. It just dosen’t make sense to me, maybe i am understanding you wrong brother. Surely we have to be held accountable for some of the things we do brother.

Nick…As far as choice goes, i agree it is “our” choice that determines what we do, if we allow our lusts and pride to always control “US” we will die, and be destoryed, unless we repent of “OUR” SINS, AND ASK THE FATHER TO FORGIVE “US” and “Cleanse “US” WE WILL DIE.
WE HAVE AN EDGE BECAUSE WE ARE NOW UNDER THE GRACE OF THE FATHER, AND HE HAS SENT HIS SPIRIT INTO US, TO GUIDE US TO TRUE REPENTENCE AND STRENGTHEN US SO WE CAN WALK IN HIS WAYS.

Nick….It isn’t satan that sets the mark of what is good or evil, he did not create the tree of good and evil that was in the garden, it was God himself that did, he himself created good and evil and made it part of what life is, Satan has not power to force us to do either good or evil. God only has that power, and he alone creates it, just as SCRIPTURE SAYS, JODI HAS QUOTED IT FOR US, A FEW TIMES BROTHER.
WE either believe what scriptures say or not, and God said “HE” created and did those things Jodi quoted. I understood that a long time ago, I don’t fear satan at all, BUT I fear God the Father, just as Jesus told us to.
Man i whished i lived close to you, i would be over your house probably everyday brother, you remind me of a dear friend of mine who passed away around 5 yrs ago, we spoke about the kingdom of God and scriptures for 40 yrs, we would get together two or three times a week, he was closer then my own brother to me. Our families wifes, kids and all, would go and keep the feast of tabernacles at lake Tahoe year after year.
I have a lot of old friends my age, some i even went to school with and my childern live close to me and grandchildren to. But i can’t really get into a deep bible descussion with them, like i can with you and a few others here, this is site is my only real spritual outlet i have now, outside of prayer and meditation.
My dad also loved to talk about the bible with me to?One day I might be keeping the feast of tabernacles together with my old friend Pete, you, Jodi and others here to. I look forward to really seening,and spending time with you and her, and others also.

The Lord God commanded the man saying,
’ From any tree of the garden you may eat freely;
but from the tree of THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL you shall not eat,
for in the day that you eat from it you shall surely die’
KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL relates more to a sense of morality or conscience.
Nick, yea i was meaning the tree, of the “knowledge” of good and evil.
Yes that tree already existed before man kind did, another words, that knowledge of what is good and evil, preexisted, but the warning was, don’t “eat” (take to yourself) from the “tree”, (to produce from self) the knowledge of good and evil, why?, because if they do, it would require for them to experence themselves both, good and evil, in order to get that knowledge,
God was warning them not to learn what good and evil was by experiencing it themselves, but they chose to go ahead and eat (take to themselves) to produce from themselves (like a tree) that knowledge, and hence the condition we all had to go through, to learn it for ourselves. On the one hand a terrible experience, on the other, to be more like God. So pehaps in the end it may have been worth it all.

You have added the bit about LEARNING.
It is the TREE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL.
Nothing about learning.
Nick…its (ALL) about learning, or there would be no reason for this whole thing. “Know you not that you shall all be (Taught) by GOD.” SAYS JESUS. Yes this whole experience is God the Father teaching us all. IMO

Nick of course the problem is within the flesh, just as Jesus said that sin comes from within.
Within the flesh is the mind of man
within the flesh is our carnal NATURE
Within the flesh lies our carnal instincts
Within the flesh lies a man’s ignorance
Within the flesh lies OUR imagination
Ephesians 2: 3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
Nick you flat out deny this scripture, the desires of the flesh that lead to sin are according to OUR NATURE, not according to influence of wicked rebel spirits. What you speak is the EXACT OPPOSITE of biblical truth.
Romans 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
The bible tells us directly that carnally minded is of our NATURE, it is the SAME nature of animals, of serpents, of dogs that go after their OWN VOMIT.
11 As a dog returns to its vomit, so fools repeat their folly.
22 Of them the proverbs are true: “A dog returns to its vomit,” and, “A sow that is washed returns to her wallowing in the mud.”
3 They make their tongues as sharp as a serpent’s; the poison of vipers is on their lips.
Isaiah 59:1 Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. 2 But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. 3 For your hands are stained with blood, your fingers with guilt. Nick people don’t lie because they are under enticements from wicked spirits, they lie because they are like other carnal creatures.
4 No one calls for justice; no one pleads a case with integrity. They rely on empty arguments, they utter lies; they conceive trouble and give birth to evil.
MEN give birth to evil from their own imaginations. Wicked spirits do NOT give birth to evil and then possess men with it.
5 They hatch the eggs of vipers and spin a spider’s web. Whoever eats their eggs will die, and when one is broken, an adder is hatched. 6 Their cobwebs are useless for clothing; they cannot cover themselves with what they make. Their deeds are evil deeds, and acts of violence are in their hands. 7 Their feet rush into sin; they are swift to shed innocent blood. They pursue evil schemes; acts of violence mark their ways. 8 The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into crooked roads; no one who walks along them will know peace.
Matthew 12:34 You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
Why is Jesus calling them vipers and not wicked spirits Nick? Why is Jesus likening men to OTHER CARNAL creatures? Because they are blind and deaf like a snake, which is of their NATURE.
Romans 3:10 As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one; 11 there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God. 12 All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.” 13 “Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit.”“The poison of vipers is on their lips.” 14 “Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness.”
This MAKES them an ADVERSARY, the fact that they are following their carnal nature, they are like serpents blind and deaf to God.
Psalms 32:9 Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
Romans 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
Romans 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
1 Corinthians 3:3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?
Nick you want to say that being carnal is to walk under the influence of wicked spirits, but it is to walk as other MEN walk, and that is like that of dumb dogs who return to their vomit.
1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
The natural man Nick! The natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God they are foolish to him, because he is like a natural beast, like a serpent who has OBSCURED VISION and is DEAF.

ISAIAH 32:7 The instruments also of the churl are evil: he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.
This is a MAN who is an ADVERSARY he deviseth wicked devices with LYING words, he is a SLANDERER.
Jeremiah 18:12 And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.
2 Corinthians 2:11 that we may not be over-reached by the Adversary, for of his devices we are not ignorant.
ALL these scripture tell us that the OLD SERPENT in the garden of Eden represents mankind that is an ignorant creature. Adam and Eve were born ignorant and they showed themselves to be fools looking for wisdom outside of God, looking to obtain wisdom from that which is CARNAL, from their own devices.
