Nick you don’t believe that with God anything is possible? Jesus had to have blood in order for his body to be healed?
What we are told you deny,
43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: 44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body.
June 9, 2018 at 8:10 am#830466NickHassanParticipantHi Jodi,
TEACHING FABLES ABOUT DOCTRINES OF DEMONS.?
Demons do their own teaching through submissive men.
No fables ABOUT their teaching in scripture.
June 9, 2018 at 8:11 am#830467JodiParticipantHi Nick,
Our God is a consuming fire and He will destroy the wicked.
June 9, 2018 at 8:12 am#830468JodiParticipantNick you are on the wrong topic, lol, go post that in the other one!
June 9, 2018 at 8:34 am#830469NickHassanParticipantHi Jodi,
It is raised in glory.
Prophetic.
June 9, 2018 at 8:36 am#830470NickHassanParticipantHi Jodi,
The Lake of fire is the agent of the consuming fire of our God.
Made for the devil and his angels.
And used for his followers.
June 9, 2018 at 8:37 am#830471JodiParticipantNick,
and you think when Adam died his body was in prime condition, after all those years of poring out SWEAT and SORROW among THORNS and THISTLES?
So today when a man dies at 100 he dies in prime condition?
Abraham lived to be 175 did he also die with a body that was young and vibrant?
12 Sarah laughed to herself, saying, “After I have become old, shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?” 13 And the LORD said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh, saying, ‘Shall I indeed bear a child, when I am so old?’
Why did Sarah think because of her OLD age she wouldn’t be able to have a child?
Because it was realized by then that woman who were older would become less and less likely to have children.
This is DETERIORATION Nick,
Over a lifetime, the vast majority of follicles will die through a process known as atresia. Atresia begins at birth and continues throughout the course of the reproductive life. When puberty is reached and menstruation begins, only about 400,000 follicles remain. With each menstrual cycle, a thousand follicles are lost and only one lucky little follicle will actually mature into an ovum (egg), which is released into the fallopian tube, kicking off ovulation. That means that of the one to two million follicles, only about 400 will ever mature.
Relatively little or no follicles remain at menopause, which usually begins between 48 to 55 years of age. The remaining follicles are unlikely to mature and become viable eggs because of the hormonal changes that come along with menopause.
Both men and woman as they AGE experience various forms of their body deteriorating.
Adam and Eve after the fall were of no exception, it was just a SLOWER process, they had really good genes.
As curses began after the fall people inherited more and more bad genes, some of which has and does make people’s bodies deteriorate much faster. Some children are born with conditions/errors in their genes and only live a few days.
June 9, 2018 at 8:39 am#830472JodiParticipantAs Jesus was raised our faith is in the same, and people were a witness to it!! They saw him, but they certainly did not know what it felt like.
June 9, 2018 at 8:39 am#830473NickHassanParticipantHi Jodi,
Are our imaginations sufficient for teaching about Adam, or Abraham and Sarah?
June 9, 2018 at 8:44 am#830474NickHassanParticipantHi Jodi,
We do not know what we will be like but we will be like him
But you think we too will all carry the scars and deficits and replaced joints into eternity?
June 9, 2018 at 8:46 am#830475NickHassanParticipantHi Jodi,
So you PRESUME his body was healed?
Eternity with holes and cuts in a nonspiritual body is a long time.
June 9, 2018 at 9:02 am#830476JodiParticipantNick,
“Being given life again in the torn and cut body was not the complete fulfilment of the promise.
Being lifted up into glory and given a new imperishable heavenly body like to the angels is.
There he was given the kingdom and he will soon return to let His Father rule it, in him.
The sixth day is close to being completed. When he returns will there be faith on earth?”
He was not raised from the dead with a torn and cut body he was raised as it says incorruptible with power and glory!
What you speak is not in the scriptures, on the contrary he was raised from the dead receiving at that moment an imperishable body.
41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory. 42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: 43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: 44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. 49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
When Jesus was raised from the dead he was given an incorruptible body.
Acts 13:30 But God raised him from the dead: 31 And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people.32 And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers, 33 God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee. 34 And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you the sure mercies of David. 35 Wherefore he saith also in another psalm, Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. 36 For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption: 37 But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption. 38 Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: 39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.
Nick this ALL refers to the MOMENT he was raised from the dead saying at that time he took on an incorruptible body, but you say he was not yet given this incorruptible body. The scriptures made it clear WHEN HE WAS RAISED from the dead at that very time He was born of God and received the spiritual body.
Clearly states RAISED WITH a SPIRITUAL BODY, NOT raised and then later given a spiritual body.
June 9, 2018 at 9:05 am#830477NickHassanParticipantHi Jodi,
1 Cor 15.36
You fool! that which you sow does not come to life until it dies; and that which you sow you DO NOT SOW THE BODY WHICH IS TO BE but a bare grain, Perhaps of wheat or something else.
So when a farmer plants wheat what happens?
Jn 12.24
Truly, truly I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies it bears much fruit.
Mk 4.26
..The kingdom of God is like a man who casts seed upon the soil; and he goes to bed at night and gets up by day, and the seed sprouts and grows-how, he himself does not know. The soil produces crops by itself; first the blade, then the head, then the mature grain in the head.
Why on earth would you tell us that the natural body planted in death is exactly the same as that raised to glory?
June 9, 2018 at 9:08 am#830478NickHassanParticipantHi Jodi,
You confuse the fulfilment of the sign of Jonah with being raised to glory.
We do not fulfill the sign.
June 9, 2018 at 9:18 am#830479NickHassanParticipantHi Jodi,
You have not explained how the damaged body shown to Thomas is the immortal imperishable spiritual body he is in?
June 9, 2018 at 12:56 pm#830486GeneBalthropParticipantNick….what is the “IT” that was buried in weakness, and does it not say “IT” is raised in power.
Tell us how did the “IT”, CHANGE TO ANOTHER “IT”, IN THE FLOW OF THAT SENTENCE?
SCRIPTURE SAYS, the “dead”, seed that was sown simply came to life when planted, and brought forth of “IT’S” kind. It did not change to a different kind of seed did it?
Just as the seed of any tree or plant will produce a tree or plant just like it came from, which in turn produces the same seed that was planted.
Peace and love to you and yours. …..gene
June 9, 2018 at 1:26 pm#830488NickHassanParticipantHi Gene,
The natural body is sown and the spiritual one arises and we go to meet the Lord in the air.
June 10, 2018 at 7:26 am#830523GeneBalthropParticipantNick….The question is, is it a physical regenerated body or a spirit, now remember spirits don’t have bodies. To say we will have a spiritual body, is not the sameas saying we will be spirit. Spritual body, simply that t h e body was spritually generated, like Adam’s was spritually by God, who is spirit. So spritgenerated Adam and Eve’s bodies. But both were made from physical matter, but were spritual generated. Do you see my point.
Now those after Adam and Eve were not spriturally generated, because the all came from the man and women, that is why it says, “Eve is the mother of all living, because it was through the women we all came into being, not through the spirit, so we are not spiritually generated at first, but we will be at t h e resurection, saying a person is spiritual is not saying the are a spirit.
That to me is the difference of being born of the earth “spiritually”. Or born physically through a women.
Peace and love to you and yours. …….gene
June 10, 2018 at 8:08 am#830525NickHassanParticipantHi Gene,
Spiritual bodies are bodies equipped for entering heaven.
We will have bodies like unto the angels.
Angels are spirits.
Now the Lord is the Spirit and we will also be alike to him.
June 10, 2018 at 8:14 am#830526NickHassanParticipantHi Gene,
Take a piece of corn and plant it. A dried up 4mm seed that is full of amazing production potential
In a few months it’s a tall plant with green leaves and hundreds of pieces of corn on several cobs.
The whole thing would be larger(6ft tall), heavier(10k)and more complex than the seed planted
Why do you imagine the human body, which is the seed, bears any likeness to the new body?
