THEIR ARE MANY TOPIC THAT DOES THAT ,as soon you click submit their it goes back to the very first quote ,

Yes, that is because 99% or so, of the topics in these forums were created from the old platform. I am not sure I can ever correct this. But at least all new topics will behave correctly. Future updates might correct this one day as the forum will have a very different code base months or years from now.
