Hi Mike,Quote those who are truly seeking scriptural truth eagerly adjust their own understanding when shown scriptures that contradict that understanding. I guess by your definition,
you would classify me as someone
who is truly seeking scriptural truth then right?“But Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah, and the mighty men,
and Solomon his brother, he called not.” (1 Kings 1:10)I had assumed that Nathan the prophet
was David's son because of verses like this one.“Now the rest of the acts of Solomon, first and last,
are they not written in the book of Nathan the prophet” (2 Chron 9:29)Where is the book of “Nathan the Prophet”?
Did you know it was Nathan who Prophesied the U.S.A.?
(I can't find it at the moment) he said it to David in Kings or Chronicles.God bless

February 10, 2013 at 11:29 pm#3325052beseeParticipantHi Ed,
Regarding Gematria:
Where it is troubling, is when a key part of your beliefs agree with a key part of another persons beliefs, but your trust in number calculations, etc, are doing little to help the truth be told, but rather, could put people off listening.
Your numbers, etc, are turning people off, Ed.
Your numbers are turning against you.
That is not a good thing.
(We are talking about a belief system in calculations of numbers, and a few other things — not your other beliefs in general or you as a person, Ed.)
If your numbers have helped you, then that is good – but perhaps it is not helping others as you think that they are.
They helped you – Good! But, there is the trap –
What if they put you wrong? And then if anybody tries to point this out to you, you do not listen!
Let go of the numbers Ed.
Confess in prayer that you may be wrong and ask God to correct you.February 10, 2013 at 11:31 pm#3325062beseeParticipantNow if you listen, you should NOT have anything else to say about the matter…..!
