It’s now Boxing Day, so happy Boxing Day, whatever this day is supposed to mean? I just asked my husband and he didn’t know either? (I must look it up!)
So thank you Carmel, but I was just trying to prove a point because since that day I was hurting for you, but you answered so well without any malice and I admired that.
People have killed themselves over negative comments on the internet, it’s a fact. How do we know if our words will not do the same here to someone one day? We know nothing about each other’s background or what any of us is going through. People break sometimes, and it can happen to the best of us. Cyber bullying must stop, and especially amongst the christians.
Look we havn’t agreed on everything in the past, but at least we’ve discussed by using reason. You also have said some good things that have nailed it in some areas, and I have to give you credit of those things you said which were true,..not just general observations, but some deep things you touched….. and what I strongly didn’t agree with, I told you why with reason, and didn’t try to force whatever I said unto you or make you feel like an outcast. I hope not anyway.
Regarding the capitals, I personally don’t care, what I care about is the message.
I use capitals myself sometimes but to make my points stand out, not because I’m shouting.
We can still shout in lowercase if we wanted to!Take care Carmel.

First regarding BOXING DAY! When I temporary lived in UK. They told that it originated from the fact that since on Christmas day, they open all their present boxes, and the day after they simply put all their presents in their particular boxes again, so they called it boxing day!
Now,
I would appreciate if you were to read Grasshopper’s post due to the fact that this post is related to it, and you could also reflect better regarding this particular episode!
So in relation to what I said in the above mentioned post,The fact that I was not only VERY PLEASED with your intervention, but since I CELEBRATE Christmas spiritually, which in itself, is consistently A NEW BEGINNING IN CHRIST, every year, I believe that it is in the truth A NEW BEGINNING spiritually on heaven net for me, the fact that this episode would strengthen generally my participation in the effort to establish JESUS CHRIST as he WAS, IS ,and REMAIN FOR THE GLORY OF THE FATHER,
So I AT ONE STAGE, considered myself in the position of what Peter also MEANT in:
1 Peter 6 Wherein you shall greatly rejoice, if NOW you must be for a little time made SORROWFUL in divers temptations:
7 That the TRIAL of your FAITH (much more precious than gold which is tried by the fire) may be found unto praise and glory and honour at the
APPEARING of Jesus Christ:
YES J 42 it was not just YOU, but
JESUS CHRIST APPEARED
on his NEWLY CELEBRATED NATIVITY DAY BY MILLIONS, throughout the world.
In this particular time from WITHIN and through YOU, and I GREATLY REJOICED
for JESUS, in JESUS and by JESUS!
