    @Proclaimer,

    Been awhile for those questions; but your responses unfortunately are a prime example of what the church says when it can’t answer a question they aren’t prepared for or don’t have an answer to and that’s to provide vague, none answers. To say the end is a mystery and is revealed thru symbols that only at the “right time” true unders…[Read more]

    These things have been announced by Seventh-day Adventists for decades. When I learned these things, they seemed so sensible that I bought into them.
    I’m talking specifically about the following:
    1- the first beast refers to papal Rome (iron and clay)
    2- the second beast refers to the Protestant United States at the beginning (lamb’s…[Read more]

    One more thought, if the Jesus is king during the millennial reign and people are deceived at the end when Satan is released; what does that say about his ruler ship if the number of people that come against the “saints and beloved city” are numbered as the “sand of the seashore”?

    When we left off you offered three suggestions to “the end of the age” and what you “believe” could be a possibility. From the sounds of it you aren’t sure of what the “end of the age” is.

    Correct.

    What is becoming clear are the inconsistencies of events recorded in the NT concerning the “end.” They’re chaotic and lack any cohesion. Every christian religion has their own interpretation of what the end will be and how it will unfold. And who is the “father of chaos” as taught by the christian world?

    That is what a mystery is all about. It…[Read more]

    Berean, blindly repeating denominational doctrine without evidence and relying solely on the belief that your church holds the only true interpretation, is the exact opposite of how the Bereans actually behave. The Bereans didn’t accept teachings at face value. They examined the Scriptures daily to see if what they were told was true. You’re not…[Read more]

    Agreed, Ezekiel specifies a ‘prince’ (28:2) and a ‘king’ (28:11) for whom the prophecy is against. As said above, they are the same individual with a different title used. For example, in 2 Samuel 5:2-3, both titles are used for David; 2 Samuel 6:21 & 7:8, David is referred to as “prince” even though at this point he is king. To claim the prophec…

    Concerning your second reply to the “ruler of this world”; I asked for proof from the Tanakh NOT the NT. I want where G-d said Satan is the ruler of this world a not man, which is who you quoted.

    Satan appears rarely in the Old Testament, but the messiah had much to say about him.

    The Old Testament also says nothing about the earth being a glo…[Read more]

    @Keith,

    Why are you also afraid to answer questions? I specifically asked:

    What do the religious leaders saying “blessed is he” to the Jesus have to do with being “restored”? You said it, please support it.

    Who are G-d’s chosen today? I KNOW you have a thought on that one!

    @Berean,

    In nothing you copied and pasted does it explain the inconsistencies of the Jesus words saying he came to divide and not bring peace to what the true Messiah is to do, and that is to bring peace to the world and unit mankind in worship of G-d

    Its not Jesus’ Fault that men’s hearts are far removed from Gods will and have hate towards their brothers= the sword in a sense. Jesus said even members of ones own household( family) would be enemies( spiritual)– one doesn’t hate them but need to help them see the light if possible.

    Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. Matthew 10:34.

    The question has been asked, How can there be agreement between the statement, “I came not to send peace, but a sword,” and the song sung by the angels when Christ was born in the manger at Bethlehem, “Glory to God in the highest, and on…[Read more]

    @Keith,

    The Jewish religion is apostatized to this day–Jesus told them off at Matt 23 and until they do verse 39 they are cut off( verse 38) of being Gods chosen.

    I don’t think we have the same understanding of the word “apostasy”; when you say the “religion” is apostatized I am confused. Apostasy is to “abandon one’s religious faith”, so a…[Read more]
