Hi Berean,
Any scriptural witnesses for your claim?

Hi Berean,
Using logic and literalism you fail to recognise the Spirit.

The Spirit of Christ is not the human spirit of the man Jesus of Nazareth.
It is the Spirit of anointing, the Spirit of eternal life. His human spirit left his body at his death on Calvary , as recorded, and he became alive only by the Holy Spirit, like Jonah, and he was raised by it to earthly life again, like Jonah.

Preexistence is an oxymoron. To exist before you exist?
If you knew the Spirit you could grasp spiritual language.

Hi Berean,
No the human vessel did not exist till his conception in Mary.
The Spirit of Christ was in the beginning with God and was God .
The anointing at the Jordan announced the arrival of Jesus Christ.

@ Nick
you
The Spirit of Christ, the Spirit of the Son is the Word.
me
If, since for you the spirit of Christ, the spirit of the son is the word,
you should be able to admit that since THE WORD WAS IN THE BEGINNING, THEN CHRIST, THE SON HIMSELF EXISTED AND HE ALSO WAS WITH GOD.
And so to fight the thought that the Son of God pre-existed is unjust.Nick replied to the topic Daily Devotions in the forum Inspirational writings & sermons 2 years, 8 months ago
Human religion seeks the glory but is just another dead end.
God does not live in buildings but in people who know His son.

The Spirit of Christ was found in fashion as a man at the Jordan.
That amazing vessel allowed the nature and the works of God to be done through him.
flesh contributes nothing.

Stuck in literalism Berean tries to cobble together spiritual words to force a logical understanding.

Apparently OFFICIAL DECLARARATIONS are important to Carmel.
Ritualism, not faith.

Hi C,
We know from Ps 104 that the Spirit creates.
We know that Jesus was conceived in, and born of Mary.
No suggestion in scripture that she was not the mother of the Lord Jesus.
Are you telling us a conceptus was placed in the womb and she was only a surrogate mother?
Nick replied to the topic JOHN 1:1 who is the WORD? in the forum Scriptural Teachings 2 years, 8 months ago
Hi C,
Conception in humans – Jesus began life and was conceived in Mary- requires contribution of an egg from the woman and a sperm from the male source.
how do you see it again?
