    Hi KW,

“Sometimes I am curious about what bible you read and this is one of those times because you should already be aware that Scripture declares that before Adam was fell from God’s grace he did not sin. I already quoted a Scripture to bodhitarta from Ecclesiastes that tells us humanity was created upright.”

Before the law no sin was apportioned.

But you ascribed other meanings to this by saying sin caused men to longer be in the likeness of God.

    Hi davidl,

    You want to find truth?

Then do it the scriptural way

The formula is in 2 cor13.1

“..Every fact is to be confirmed by 2 or three witnesses..”

Since trinity is not taught once in scripture the motion fails.

    Hi davidl,

    So none teach a trinity.

Have you yet been joined with the Holy Spirit in Christ so you can approach the throne of grace of the Father?

Or are you stuck in theology outside the gate?

    Hi Davidl,

Instead of intellectually trying to divide God into three parts

see how God wants us united with him in Christ by the Spirit.

The underlying issue with the trinity [Father, Son and Holy Spirit working together as one], is the Deity of Christ –

You accept that Thomas calls Jesus, Lord and God… but when I call Jesus Lord and God, you say I am worshiping an idol..?

Just the fact alone that Christ is worshiped – should give you some indication of who He is…

“..Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and Him only shalt thou serve.”

“For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body.”

“Before Abraham was born, I AM”

“I and the Father are one.”

Just in saying these things about Christ, should show us (if indeed we have eyes to see, and ears to hear), whether it is inspired of God, or (if false) grieving the Spirit…. if we would listen to that inner witness (instead of trusting man’s logic), it would save us a lot of headache and confusion.

    Hi davidl,

So men should worship the vessel as well as God within that vessel?

The prophets were not worshipped were they?

You missed the message given directly by Jesus to Thomas in Jn 14.

    Hi davidl,

    The people cried out

” God has visited His people”

They knew of the way God used vessels.

But natural men get confused and worship the vessel.

You probably do not want to make the argument you did as God does speak and parables and that could be called “playing tricks’. Instead it is a way to filter out those who do not want to the light.
