John the Baptist baptised with water but Jesus baptizes with the Holy Spirit. John's baptism is a former type. The former type had to continue until the Comforter (Holy Spirit) came and then was poured out. It took the Apostles some time to realize this. I don't think its until the middle of Chapter 11 of Acts that Peter “remembers”. There is…[Read more]

Yes those verses about the baptism of Moses and the children of Israel are an example (physical) of this later period that is done spirtually. We should ALWAYS look for these former types in studying anything in the Bible. The confusion usually is in the time period of the transition period when the Old Covenant ends and the New Covenant begins.…[Read more]

The Mother is the Church. The Mother is the collective body of the members of the Church. Which is the same Spirit as the Father. Therefore, the Father is the only one that has the Spirit in and through all. All goodness comes from the Father and that means from his character which is what the Holy Spirit is so in reality only the Father is…[Read more]

If you read my article I posted on the 7 Churches you can see where the use of the words “lampstand” or “candlestick” can be confusing as it was translated. But were your seeing in Revelation chapters 2 and 3 is one LAMPSTAND with 7 Candlesticks on it. Notice in the warning to the Ephesus congregation that a candlestick can be removed. Thats…[Read more]

The testament is a testament of the Gospel and of Jesus Christ. These are those that know the Gospel message and worship in the Spirit. The Tables in the Old Testiment contained the Testimony or witness of God written by the finger of God. These Two Witnesses are a testimony also of the Law in fleshy tables of the heart of God's law carried out…[Read more]

Quote (Nick Hassan @ Mar. 20 2005,02:04)Hi t8 and tt, Whether or not you are right tt I believe it is not possible to come to an understanding of Rev11 without taking into account Zech 4. Anyone like to try and marry these scriptures as they are vitally similar in many ways. If Zech 4 refers to two men then you may convince me that Rev 11 does…[Read more]

I'm not sure if it was added or not. I just know the Holy Spirit is the divine character of God and not another person. I can tell this because of the overall plan from the beginning in the Garden of Eden. Additionally, none of the Apostles acknowledge the Holy Spirit as a person or He when giving salutations in each of the epistles but instead…[Read more]

Godhead to me means the Royal Family of God. Its the Father, the Son (Jesus) and the Children of God. The Holy Spirit is the divine character of the Father that binds them all.The Apostles baptised at first not out of ignorance because they were fullfilling the requirement of the former type. But they were ignorant that they need not continue…[Read more]

The Holy Spirit is not another person of the Godhead its actually the divine Character of the Father in Heaven. Just like in real life we have children we impart to our offspring our own character they are our children with our character. The Father in Heaven does the same. He uses the incorruptible seed which is the Word of God to reproduce…[Read more]

In 1 Cor 11 – those members of the Church have the Spirit of God which is a requirement to be in God's Church. The problem with almost everyone is that we need to have obedience to God's Spirit and we are to worship in the Spirit. Human fellowship can be very dangerous not that its bad but its accomodating for decietful desires of others to…[Read more]

The Two Witness during the Tribulation therefore, this doesn't mean that the rest are doomed. The Tribulation is therefore for those that were not chosen that they might be tested. It not a thought of mine – its what the Word of God says:1Pe 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? Paul

Yes the Church is divided as is stated in 1Co 11:18. The Church is comprised of those seven different divisions. Read the article and hopefully I won't be as confusing. Its an important topic. Don't hesitate to ask if you have more questions.Paul

If you read the article you will see that I approached it from 4 different perspectives. Some things I should add are these:1Co 11:18 For first of all, when you come together in the assembly, I hear that divisions exist among you, and I partly believe it. 1Co 11:19 For there also must be factions among you, that those who are approved may be…[Read more]

Tithing is not a requirement in the New Testament and to do so would actually be anti Christ. Now I am going to explain this by telling you about another biblical subject called communion. Communion is communication! Remember that for a moment. Luk 22:19 He took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and gave to them, saying, “This…[Read more]
