neuroscientific equipment studies the nervous system which is not spiritual but physical. Interestingly though the NY times did do an article where “the University of Pennsylvania took brain images of five women while they spoke in tongues and found that their frontal lobes — the thinking, willful part of the brain through which people control w…[Read more]

If you knew nothing of electricity and had never been shocked I agree you could never have certainty that it hurts to get shocked despite many people telling you. You could live your whole life doubting it after all without having the right type of equipment to read electricity a 110v shock doesn't leave burns or other “evidence” so you die…[Read more]

I believe prior to the physical universe, is when sin was first found in satan, however I believe it was only apparent to God. And God knew that the sin in satan would spread and ruin all of heaven itself. So He created the lake of fire to destroy the irredeemable (which I believe that those exposed to Gods glory and yet still allow sin a place…[Read more]

I used to travel a lot and after awhile I found myself watching all sorts of junk on tv and even though I would determine not to do it next time as I flipped through the channels I would see something, or even worse I found myself irresistibly drawn to those channels where I did not want to go. If an employer pays sufficient wages to an employee for room and board but the employee takes that money and spends it on booze leaving his family to starve is that the employers fault? Now lets say the employer attempted to step in and force the employee to do right, at that point he has overstepped his boundaries (just to be clear for those who…[Read more]

I agree David, although God by His grace has done what we could not do, I believe there is “an acknowledging of truth” required on our part where we embrace the concept of repentance from serving self, to one of being motivated by love, to God first, then to our fellow man.ScripturesQuote who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of…[Read more]

3in1Having put my faith in God nearly 30 years ago now I have seen His faithfulness over and over with “coincidences” of all sorts. Many of these “coincidences” far defy the odds of being coincidences and despite that, those who's “faith” is in “evidence” still ignore the statistical improbabilities and choose to cling to their “religion” of…[Read more]

T8Quote I saw my first Hummingbird when I went to Colombia. It seems quite obvious that His statement was stated as an extreme to drive home a point. Within the book of Luke Jesus affirms that we are to 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind. Yes with God all things are possible (I know you did not mean it but I do), despite what you may claim you are standing in judgment of God as obviously you believe you are better suited to decide what is right while not knowing all the facts then God is while knowing all things.
