Men of Israel, listen to these words, Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through him in your midst just as you yourselves know-
even the Master.

Men focus on men.
But the aim of God is to show what amazin things He can work through men when He is allowed to indwell their vessels and use them.
focus folks it is all about Him, not the human vessels.

Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, for He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising him from thr dead.
Acts 17.20f

Hi Gene,
mt 13 .52
Therefore every scribe who has become a disciple of the kingdom of heaven is like the head of a household, who brings out of his treasure things old and new.

Hi Gene,
Likewise. It is good to be back.
I believe a key to grasping the truths of scripture are found in 2 Cor 13
Every fact is to be confirmed by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”
That is why there are four gospels.
Truth in the NT can be conformed form the OT etc.

It is a trustworthy saying that Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost of all. Yet for this reason I found mercy so that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might demonstrate his perfect patience as an example for those who would believe in him for eternal life.
it is a level playing field and not even the…[Read more]

All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
Jesus came for sinners so we would be wise to number ourselves among them.

God is.
Respect Him.
He has given us the Word.
It is truth and we must live on it as food.
He also repeats important messages many times so we do not miss them.

I have learned that salvation is of God’s grace so none can hear and respond except by the grace of God. Experts struggle to become as children, people used to following other men struggle to make their own decisions, the rich see no need to change, those who have other gods are just confused.
God knows and understands.

Hi All,
Lost my beloved wife of 50 years 12 months ago.
Knowing she is safe in Christ Jesus having been baptised in his name 9 months earlier and exuding peace she had no fear of death, has been a wonderful comfort to me. The kids have been amazing supports in my walk too.Nick replied to the topic Eternal Salvation in the forum Inspirational writings & sermons 2 years, 7 months ago
<!–more–>The Ark of Jesus Christ is his body.
Only 8 were saved in the Ark of Noah.
Likewise few find the narrow path while most prefer the wide path.
”whatever you did for the least of by brethren you did for me”
This is hope for all outside of the Way.

No one can come to the Father except through me is the teaching of Jesus Christ.
Seek ye first the kingdom and everything else will be added to you.
Repent and be baptised in the name of Jesus Christ each one of you for the forgiveness of your sins and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit is the way of Jesus Christ but men attempt to…[Read more]

Follow me.
This command leads to calvary.
But after calvary comes the opportunity to be joined with him.
You must be born again into the Master and find a role in his body till he returns.
Many are called but few are chosen and he came to save sinners and not the righteous. The invited are specified in the beatitudes- the lost, the desperate,…[Read more]

There is no fear of God before their eyes.
“The whole world is under the power of the evil one.”
God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself.
Jesus approved when Peter said” You are the Christ, the Son of the living God”
why do men not believe him?
God is at work in you to will and to do.

The man Jesus was chosen and prepared for ministry by perfect obedience to the Law and anointed with the Spirit at the Jordan enabling him to do the works of God.
Remember only 8 were saved in the Ark and that we must enter the Kingdom of God through many tribulations(Acts 14.20)
we who are baptised into Christ in his name are baptised into his…[Read more]

We see the apportioning of the Spirit shown when Elisha asked for a double portion of the Spirit given to Elijah.
Scripture is written in spiritual language and it does not fit with human logic.Nick replied to the topic JOHN 1:1 who is the WORD? in the forum Scriptural Teachings 2 years, 7 months ago
The Word is the Spirit of Christ.
A portion of the Holy Spirit assigned to the Son.
The Word was made flesh at the Jordan.
