The context is eternity.
What do you think sons of God will be doing for eternity.

Look up the word revelation.
Your theory only works if the Old Testament claims to be the full revelation of God.
Not even the New Testament is.
For all eternity, revelation will increase for those that love God.

Staetments like that mean nothing on their own.
I could say for example that India is bad.
That wouldn’t mean much either without context or some kind of evidence or proof.
You need to do better than that gadam.
A comment like that is not science or research.

Read the text for yourself.
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep,
The next verses follow after the word ‘now’. When the planet was in darkness and covered in water.
What is the point in listening to the gap theory or not when all you have to…[Read more]

Does not scripture say, that God will once again make, ” all thing new” , a new heaven and earth.
to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.
Two takeaways from this verse.
- There are many ages.
- Jesus Christ is Lord in all of them.

Mike, if you are going to beleive that every mention of day Yom is exactly 12 or 24 hours in length, then don;t stop there. You also have to believe that the Roman empire conquered China and Australia because it says that it trampled the whole earth.
But to any sensible person, they would see that you are imposing your thinking onto the scripture…[Read more]

There is no break in the statement between verse 2 and verse 3 that allows for millions or billions of years to go by in between, like the proponents of the so-called “gap theory” suggest.
There are two major problems with your statement here. Let’s read the first 5 verses first.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Now the…[Read more]

Also, what the freak are you trying to say here? Are you saying that we, as Bible-believing Christians, should LIE about Genesis 1 so that we can convert other people into that LIE?
Read this slowly. If there are multiple ways to understand a bible verse and one agrees with science or has a second witness, then it is foolish to write if off…[Read more]

The ONLY reason you have to even consider such a thing is that the Bible’s account doesn’t align with Scientism’s account.
Truth can be gained from revelation and science.
If one doesn’t agree with the other, then you need to investigate.
As it turns out, they do agree if you read the scriptures without imposing your limited view.
Despite that,…[Read more]

The Bible says that the earth was formed FROM water.
In 2015, a new volcano came out from water.
So it is made of water according to Mike.
Lol.

Those are words of uncertainty from a person who is battling within himself as he tries to decide whether the Bible or Scientism is the ultimate authority.
Or someone being wise and not making absolute statements where they cannot be warranted.

That is assuming too much.
I can agree that there are 6 stages and the 7th is when God rested from his work.
It could be 6 literal 24 hour periods, but it may not be either.
While a virtual world could take 6 literal days to create, and an AI looking from inside may come to the conclusion that is impossible, we know it is possible because the…[Read more]

‘Yom’ is the Hebrew word for day but it does have varying meanings.
It can be a 24 hour period. Or can be the 12 hours or so of daylight. I just think of day as a stage that depends on the conteext. I might say that back in my mothers day…. which obviously means a time period. Two things you need to consider.
- Why would 24 hour literal days…

The Bible is the correct account… on EVERYTHING. But as you can see and attest, it is very hard to get people who believe in both BIG SCIENCE and the Bible to even acknowledge that there are any contradictions.
I’ve found the opposite. People think science has disproved the bible. In actual fact the two agree more than you believe. The co…[Read more]

1. You did not arrive at that understanding from anything written in the Bible. You have that understanding simply because BIG SCIENCE does not allow for a heaven and earth formed entirely from water as their primary building blocks.
Not at all. The bible clearly states that God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was void. Then he g…[Read more]

John 1:18 calls Jesus the begotten God. Therefore he must be God Almighty right?
“No man has seen God at any time; the only begotten God, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has explained Him.”
Seems pretty clear doesn’t it. Jesus is God, the only begotten God.
Case closed……………….Not so fast.
