Bernheart, obviously I am not God, but God reveals his wisdom to us.I believe the existence of evil is necessary for free will and love to exist.God offers us the choice of him or 'not him'.We know that God is good, love, light, wisdom, and mercy. So 'not him' is the lack of of what he is.The argument could be made, then why even offer the…[Read more]

Quote (Frank4YAHWEH @ Oct. 29 2011,13:41)I was only interested in meeting people that believe as I do.Does sound a bit like the last days when people heap teachers of their choice to satisfy their own perspective? Of course you may well listen to others who do not agree in case you need to be corrected. Hopefully that is the case.

Quote (Frank4YAHWEH @ Oct. 28 2011,11:40)I have come to this forum a number of times and in between times coming here there were long periods of time. Here is an interesting article that appeared in todays (local) newspaper.Deborah Russell says the state has no business in the marriage game, but then argues that the state should redefine marriage to allow same-sex marriage.Marriages are a matter of significant public concern, as the record of almost every culture shows. If it weren't for the fact…[Read more]

OK, I think I have got to the bottom of this problem.I've found that my private nameservers were missing an A records in the DNS zone on the server. I've corrected this as it likely caused mixed results with DNS resolution.I performed a DNS test on http://intodns.com and no longer see any reported issues. Please allow a few hours for these DNS…[Read more]

Is it possible that you may be one of the dozen?Yes I agree that there are some here who are hard of hearing. That is inevitable though. What is the chance that everyone who joined this forum would be honest, open to learning, and have integrity. But to include all and not yourself in that group is a bit rich. Why not give me a reply to my last…[Read more]

Hi rebellman.I am not up to play with the latest theories regarding this, but it must have felt weird when your result spat out 2012.

Oh, you were talking to me.I gave you a fair response, but I think your reply is perhaps one of convenience.Let me explain. As soon as a challenge is posed, instead of accepting it and giving an answer in season in a joyful way, you say 'screw you'.Is it not better to have an honest conversation and be open to change? In my experience, saying 'screw…[Read more]

Quote (rebellman @ Oct. 25 2011,08:06)I do not seek to correct the Word of God, however many translations of that Word need much correcting, especially the one almost everyone defers to, the AKJV. Without a doubt the AKJV is the least accurate translation out there. However, I do suspect that those who insist that it is the only version to use…[Read more]

Quote (rebellman @ Oct. 23 2011,17:31)t8Jn 1:1 is a very simple sentence, so I don't get why so many people can't understand it. Most trinitarians use it to attempt to show that “Jesus” is at this time God and the JW's use it to attempt to show that he is a lessor god. However, this can be done only if one completely ignores the rules of grammar.…[Read more]
