Try reloading the page first. If that doesn't work, then you might need to install the free flash plugin for browsers. But check first that you can or can't view videos on Youtube. Also, I think Google (owners of Youtube) use the  tag, so if you have a modern browser like Chrome, then you can view them without flash too.
