JOHN 1:1 who is “The Word”?
That would be God’s “HolySpirit”. (see Eph.6:17)
If the Word is the Holy Spirit, then what is the sword of the Spirit?
Please answer.

1) God was manifest in the flesh: This statement is true as God was first revealed in flesh of Jesus and then when the new covenant began and afterwards he was revealed in the flesh of those that chose to live by the Spirit.
Kerwin, are you not concerned that most translators say: ‘HE’ instead of God?
You seem to be like many here, taking a diffe…[Read more]

Hi t8,
Yes .
The human spirit leaves a man at death and returns to God
This happened with Jesus at his death jn 19.30
But he is yet alive in the Holy Spirit.
The same can happen with us.
Nick, do you think that the spirit that leaves us is the same spirit that gives us life and gave Adam life? I think it makes sense that this spirit is…[Read more]

Who among you can deny that the son was taken up into God’s glory.
For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.

And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic Was God Manifest in the Flesh? in the forum Truth or Tradition 11 years, 11 months ago

A muslim empire has already arisen and it reigned for hundreds of years. It defeated the Roman Empire. There is an attempt to resurrect it. Never say never Wakeup. You don’t know how it will all play out. And if not this time, could happen in another time.

Mostly agree with that. Just want to ask this.
Paul teaches that the Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. So we have a spirit and so does God. In fact he is spirit. To me being connected with God’s spirit by our spirit means we have eternal life. And we are like Christ and are fellow heirs with him and will be…[Read more]

Yes Kathi God has given the son authority to rule over God’s creation for ever and ever. Amen. No Binity here. God and his son who we call the son of God. One of them is God, the other is lord, messiah, and son of God. The antichrist spirit denies this whether that is out in the open or subtly.

Putting a term to this weird doctrine is useful. Otherwise how do I refer to it. Since you are the only one promoting it, then I give you naming rights. Let me know what you call it and I will call it that from now on. You can’t choose ‘Truth” or other similar words. Jesus already has them trademarked.

Theories are a dime a dozen. Iv’e heard them all, or many of them. They all sound good and feasible. When there are multiple candidates, you will know the right one if any as time goes on.
