I will look into that possibility, but my first thoughts are that there is nothing in scripture that specifically states that the eighth king will arise in the Millennium.

According to these words he does not really teach the new covenant but rather the old with a twist. The twist being that prayers to Jesus accomplish the same thing the sacrifice of animals did under the law. That is assuming he still teaches obedience to the Law.
