The words of John in his letters and all the letters from the apostles are written to the saved and do not apply to those of the world.
Where are the letters to the unsaved then? If none, then how do we know what to do with the unsaved, unless it is written to the saved.

Kerwin, you cannot earn salvation. No man outside of the work of Christ can earn salvation. He can only accept it. To accept it is not just to say, I want it, but to accept the conditions upon which it will be given.
Sometimes you are given free things in the world. Such as a free holiday if you take out a mortgage with a certain bank. The…[Read more]

Also, logically speaking, no increase in anything is uniform. What you find is the overall graph goes up or down with smaller ups and downs in between. Jesus taught that terrible things would increase. He didn’t say that every day or every year would be worse than the previous. He talked about the overall trend.
For example nation will rise…[Read more]

Regarding earthquakes, logically speaking you would think they will kill more people because there are more people to kill. When they strike the Third World they should be no different to ancient times IMO. First World countries are very organised. In NZ when we have a quake, within a minute there are response teams, people with hard hats on, and…[Read more]

Another thing. Terror will logically increase because technology will increase. It is not hard to use a drone and control it remotely to deliver a bomb or put a gun on it and shoot people at random. When bombs and guns can be made of plastic, they will get through metal detectors. When you can put a nuke in a suitcase, then there will always be…[Read more]

I’m merely saying violence is declining. Not that it has vanished.
Is it really though David? The Middle East was once full of Christians, now they are almost extinct in that part of the world. Like sheep among the wolves who desire to tear you apart.
Lest you think that fewer Christians means less violence over there, then know it is toward m…[Read more]

Well you are free to believe that such things were put there to throw off our faith. For me such things do not contradict what I believe. Scripture for example doesn’t say anywhere that the heavens and the earth a 6000 years old. Such people who teach this give the Bible a bad name. It is simply not in the Bible.
Scripture mentions many ages…[Read more]

Who doesn’t believe that Jesus words are from God?
He said himself that he only speaks that which he hears the Father speak.
Thus Jesus speaks, but only that which is of God.

By this scripture the Apostle Paul is teaching the church about humility and referring to the “mind of Jesus Christ”, and the scripture states “who being in the form of God…”. It is speaking of him as Jesus Christ not as pre-existent being. “Who being” is present tense.

Those who teach that Jesus is God deny that Christ came in the flesh.
I agree that it is a subtle denial.
However, many who believe in the Trinity also believe that Jesus came in the flesh and is the son of the living God and the messiah. Such people can even have a deep relationship with God. What does this prove. It proves that even the best of…[Read more]
