Again you make a false claim about me. You say:
From your position of self appointed expert you have again misjudged the situation.
Christ means the anointed one.
He was anointed at the Jordan. But I already know what Christ means, but as I have pointed out. Men came to so Jesus Christ the Lord when he was a baby. He was born Jesus Christ. I…[Read more]

Not all who read the Bible believe that Jesus of Nazareth is God’s sent messiah to mankind. Many Jews who read the Torah for example do not believe that he is the one prophesied about in the books such as Isaiah

Sounds like a threat Nick. lol.
Love is kind and those who love are born of God. You can infer all day that you are the only one with the Spirit here, but we will believe you have that Spirit when we see the required fruit.

Hi T8,
Let me state it for you again.
Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God.
But you demand that I believe he was anointed prior to birth and that would deny what is written about the Jordan.
So kindly do not try to show me a liar and a deceiver.
Emphasis mine.
Yes what you have stated in the quote is correct: “Jesus is the Christ,…[Read more]

That is why Jesus said they are one.
That is how they come to those that believe.
It is the unity of faith and Spirit. And the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the Father and the Son
I do not agree with this view. Jesus wants to include us too, and your view seems obviously wrong when we are included. There is nothing in scripture that hints that we…[Read more]

The Catholic Church is still around though it has received a mortal wound while the Ottoman is dead and in its body a true mixture of iron and clay rule.

The Ottoman Empire did claim the power of the Eastern Roman Empire and the Catholic Church assumed what they could of the power of the Western Roman Empire.
After conquests in the Balkans by Murad I between 1362 and 1389, the Ottoman sultanate was transformed into a transcontinental empire and claimant to the caliphate. The Ottomans ended the…[Read more]

kerwin, for many of the same reasons you give for the Vatican being the next head, they could also apply to the Ottoman Empire.
For me, I think both views have merit. I reserve my decision to decide on one particular view and remain open minded to them and other views too.

Dear T8,
Just remember that “the spirit” is the easy answer to everything under the sun and everything not under the sun and Nick may well be the only one currently alive on our planet that has it. 🙂
Thanks for the reminder. I keep forgetting.

Should we comfort the lost or pull them from the fire?
Surely hearing the Spirit in the words of scripture is the most basic requirement of a teacher? So let me get this straight. I believe that he (Jesus) existed in the form of God, emptied himself, came in the flesh, was born into this world as the son of the living God and the Christ, did the…[Read more]
