Kerwin, perhaps you are not up to speed with what is being debated. We are not debating any denial from myself that Jesus was baptised at the Jodan and the Spirit descended on him, but Nick and others including yourself (I think) that say Jesus was not born the Christ, the son of God, and the King of Israel.
If you are debating that I deny the…[Read more]

Nick, I think we can move on from here now that you admit that Jesus was the Christ when he was born.
Curious though, do you understand that one can be appointed a saviour and then actively save. Thus one can be born the Christ, the Lord, the King of the Jews, and do things as these titles describe. A saviour can be sent to save, the Lord can be…[Read more]

Nick this is your quote.
“What I mean by that is when he was born, he was rightly recognised as the Christ and the son of God. He was further recognised at John’s baptism. These were all signs that he was and is the Christ. Recognising this does not mean denial of other things. So please do not go down the road that Nick has with me. Spe…

Definitely not confused guys. Jesus was born the Christ and the Lord. You can’t change that. It already happened. You can only change yourself and your views.

Nick, rather than accuse me of denying the Spirit coming down upon Jesus which I have never done anyway, please concentrate on your denial that he was born the Christ, the Lord, and the saviour.
When you have things that need to be sorted out, you can sort them out, or you can ignore that need and spend your time accusing others of the very thing…[Read more]

Hi t8,
It is your site and you can do what you will.
The Spirit of God has never been welcomed among men of the earth.
It helps to keep to the discussion at hand and not make random negative comments that help no one.
You should be able to prove your doctrine with scripture. If you cannot, then no amount of negative feedback will change the…[Read more]

Miia, I read that parable.
But couldn’t see where it references Jesus as a mortal man made immortal by the Spirit.
What I read was a story about a servant who upon not only obeying the commandments did extra good works to please the LORD. Upon inspection of the LORD at what he had done to turn a weed filled field into a vineyard, he was so p…[Read more]

So it is true then that Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.
So why oppose me for believing he was the Christ when he was born?
You have come around to this view now?
He was not just a mere man, but was the Christ, the Lord, and the son of God at birth right?
I guess you will say something to…[Read more]

Cheers Mike.
It also implies that the Lord may delay his coming, but I guess there will be a time that needs to be cut short as no flesh would survive otherwise.
But if that servant says to himself, ‘My master is delayed in coming,’ and begins to beat the male and female servants, and to eat and drink and get drunk,
They will say, “Where is t…[Read more]

Hi T8,
Neither do I. And one reasons is because of what Heb 7:28 says.
For the law maketh men high priests,
but “The Word” maketh the son, who is
consecrated for evermore” (Hebrews 7:28)Edj, when you can understand the difference between an attribute and a person, then you will be able to distinguish truth from the truth, logos, from the logos…[Read more]

Kerwin, why is it then that I am opposed by you, Nick, and Gene when I proclaim exactly the same message as that angel of God? Can you not see that you guys are doing that? It should have been obvious to all of you in the first place. Regardless of why he was called the messiah, the truth is that he was born the messiah. Otherwise you are changing…[Read more]
