Gene, Regarding this Jesus you talk about who was saved. Who died for this sinful creature so he could be saved?
Proclaimer replied to the topic in the forum Preexistence 10 years ago
Hi T8,
You fall into the same trap the men of the world fell into when Jesus walked the earth.
Blind to the Spirit you ascribe to men what is from God.You’re blabbering again Nick.

T8….Jesus was an ordinary man saved by GOD the Father.
Who died for the Jesus you talk about in order for this sinful creature to be saved?

Jesus was born the Christ and the Lord.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
You preach a Jesus who was a mere shell and when God came inside and controlled him like a puppet, then he was something else, i.e. God controlling a man, a sort of Punch and Judy show if you like.
No thanks. You can’t tempt me away from the…[Read more]

Ha ha. It is an honor to stand by God’s word and be ridiculed by self-professed wise men.
Yes the Christ was born in a manger. When he was born, he was the Lord.
I can hear the screams from here.

T8…..This is like you saying Jesus said “before Abraham i was “born”,
Read again. And if you cannot be honest here, then think about it to yourself and be honest with yourself.
for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord
It is not difficult to understand it. No one has an excuse to say he wasn’t…[Read more]

Believing the message of a holy angel sent by God to declare to the world that the messiah was born and that he was the Lord is my dogma?
Yes I certainly believe that holy declaration about the messiah and Lord. He was born that day as the Christ and the son of God.
The same yesterday and today.

Was Jesus wasting his time when he said:
John 17:3
Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.No he wasn’t because some actually believe his words.

Hoghead like many others came here to teach the third century doctrine of the Trinity. They failed and ran away when they realised they couldn’t argue their case with scripture.

The Bible nowhere teaches the Trinity Doctrine. You might be able to stretch a verse here and there, but that is not being honest about what scripture is teaching. But overwhelmingly, scripture teaches that the Father is God and Jesus is his son.

That seems like a no Nick.
Follow the rules or have your posting right revoked.
Just a yes or no. That is all.

I never said such a thing, so why do you accuse? What you want is for me to show other scriptures and dodge this one. No, answer me truthfully and deal with this and we can move on when it has been addressed. Reading between the lines Nick, I can see you are saying to move on because you do not have an answer for this. You can’t say yes or no and…[Read more]

The point in question is you do not believe that he was born the Christ. This is the point and was always the point. You are dodging the issue and so the remedial Hot Seat is now the place to get the answer. Face it, you cannot say the same message as the angel of God because something is different between you and that angel. Ask yourself why you…[Read more]

Ask yourself why you cannot admit verbatim what that angel declared as the mouthpiece of God.

Yes and that is not what is being disputed. You deny that Jesus the Nazarene was born as the Christ and Lord.
You are doing your best to dodge this, but no point in doing that Nick. You are on the Hot Seat. You cannot dodge.

Right, so you are spiritual and your teaching is spiritual. And Jesus was not the Christ, savior, or Lord until he was about 30 years of age. He was just a man like us before that. No history whatsoever. And this is the spiritual Jesus? Sounds like a physical man who was saved by God to me. That explanation should be reserved for sinful man, not…[Read more]
