There have been many of God’s Sabbath rests in God’s Feasts alone. Obviously, we are not in the 7th day Sabbath rest.
You are entitled to believe that God rested for a 24 hour period after creating a universe in 6 x 24 hour days and even before the sun was supposedly created on Day 4.
But I personally think any rational thinking person is not goi…[Read more]

Let’s start here:
In the OT, what is the proper name of the God and Lord in Deuteronomy 10:17?
YHWH. Jesus is Lord means: Jesus is Kyrios.
Kyrios: “master,” “owner,” “sovereign,” or “lord.”
It’s a title, not a name, and could refer to:A human master (e.g. “lord of the vineyard” in Matthew 20:8)
A respected person (“sir”)

I actually think that all forms of TDS are demonic.
If you attach a doctrine to a person or a people like the Jews, it makes it easier to hate such a person or group of people. Hatred for the Jews works like that because they were chosen by God. All who are chosen by God will be persecuted. Simple.

And the fact that the Sun was supposedly created on Day 4 and that there were 3 days before that is just hilarious.

And there it is!!!! Finally someone went out and studied a scriptural passage!! There is hope for one finding the truth!
I’ve been doing this for decades; it’s not something I’ve only just decided to take up. The New Testament is precise, and I never accept anyone’s words at face value without first questioning and studying them careful…[Read more]

Berean. You have Catholics on the Brain and this has resulted in a form of TDS. So welcome to the Nutter Club. TDS is a widespread mind virus that is fueled by hate. Similar to the hate of Jews that we see in the world.

Who forms light and creates darkness, Who makes peace and creates evil; I am the Lord, Who makes all these.

I didn’t say verse 4, but day 4 was when G-d created natural light; where HE placed the sun, moon, and stars to govern the day and the night. Nothing in the creation account does it speak of “clouds thinning out” and there being light. There’s a theory which states there was a “cloud” that covered the entire planet creating a greenhouse ef…

The proclamation that for “us”, we have one God and one Lord, seems to tie back to the fact that YHVH is the God of gods and the Lord of lords, two persons.
It means what it says:
There is one Theos AND One Kyrios.
And it is obvious that the Father is God and Jesus is Lord.

We are told that the sun was created on day four and it is the sun that rules the day and the sun, moon and stars are to separate the light from the darkness. So, I assume that on day four, the 24 hour cycle was put into place. Before that day, I think the light was of the spiritual nature rather than a physical nature. The spiritual light, imo,…

To God, a day is like a thousand years, but people insist that a day for him is 24 hours for some reason.
We are not told that the sun was created on Day Four, only that light became visible. The sun already existed before Day One: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
Day One describes the shaping or terraforming of the…[Read more]
