Yahweh is the Most High God. For there are many gods and many lords, but true believers acknowledge the One True God and Most High as their God. Yahweh’s children are filled with his Spirit and call him Father.

When an organisation or group of people claim to be the way, I am immediately suspicious of such people as Jesus said he was the Way. Even Paul, Peter, John etc never said they were the way. They always acknowledged Yeshua as the Way to Yahweh. The true children of God acknowledge and promote the Way, they never say that they are the Way…[Read more]

We have to agree to differ on the New Testament as being reliable. Anybody else out there that can answer my original question from either the Old or New Testaments?

Yes it is a title, just like “Father” is.Nothing wrong with titles. The Heavenly Father (Yahweh) is the Most High God and Yashua is the Son of God, just as we are sons of God. These titles are used throughout scripture.Deuteronomy 10:17For Yahweh your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality…[Read more]

Um, I thought about it.Worshipping God any day of the week is good. We should always praise the name of the Most High God.What makes you think that worshipping God on Sunday or any other day for that matter is wrong? Worshipping on Sunday, Monday or whatever has nothing to do with keeping the Sabbath holy. Please explain why worshipping God at…[Read more]

Taken from https://www.heavennet.net/cgi-bin/ikonboard/topic.cgi?forum=1&topic=30Yes that is interesting about Paradise. Some believe that Paradise was the place where the righteous dead were placed before the ressurrection of the dead and I tend to agree with this. However there is also the idea that when Jesus died, the dead in Christ were…[Read more]

I do not think that Hell is forever like Heaven. Hell is actually thrown into the Lake of Fire in the Judgement. It all depends on whether the Lake of Fire will exist for all time even in the new Heavens and New Earth, or whether the reminder (the smoke of the torment) is forever. Another interesting debate, but it is not related to this particular…[Read more]

Worshipping God should be done regularly on Sunday and any day. We can worship God in many ways. Singing, giving thanks etc. There is no set time to worship, for the Father seeks those who will worship him in Spirit and Truth. He is not seeking those who will worship him on a particular day only, but those that will worship him for who he is and…[Read more]

Yes that is interesting about Paradise. Some believe that Paradise was the place where the righteous dead were placed before the ressurrection of the dead and I tend to agree with this. How do you know that I do not call God by his name? Also I would ask that you back up your statements with scripture. Where is "call; Me with My Name" for example.I am not denying that it is there, I just want to know where it is, so I can read it in context.thx

Come on I am being serious.I also asked if you could back up your answer with scripture. If we can have more than 1 wife, then that would leave people with no wife at all.

But if a man has salvation and turns his back on God, (openly denies him) then does God go against that persons free will? The Angels were perfect and some rebelled against him and they got what they chose. The same for men who have tasted of the age to come and turn away. We do not lose salvation due to sin, because we who are saved have a…[Read more]

1 Timothy 2:4who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. So God's will is that all should be saved. So if this is his will, then surely he can make it possible for all of us to chose him, even though we are ruled by our human nature.John 16:8″And He, when He comes, will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness…[Read more]

Ýes I think that is worth finding out about. George Bush is still called George Bush in Germany. Names are sometimes transliterated rather than translated. Transliteration represents (letters or words) in the corresponding characters of another alphabet. This post was started in response to a point raised by MrBob in another post, who suggested that the Dead in Christ are asleep and awaiting to be raised up on the last day. He suggests that they are not in heaven, at least not yet. The dead are sleeping, in a state of no consciousness. I am open to this being the case, but the Book of Matthew…[Read more]

To MrBob,This is an interesting subject and I have decided to start a new post relating to your post. The earth shook and the rocks split. 52 The tombs broke…[Read more]

I am interested in a discussion in order to search out the truths of this matter.I will pose a scenario that must have an answer, yet is not easily identifiable from scripture.
