Why is there a Trinity Doctrine?
Because the antichrist spirit is in the world.1 John 4:15
“If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God.”
Belief in the Trinity / Binity / Whatevery means that you deny Jesus as the begotten Son and that God is a father because you believe that Jesus is God and didn’t…[Read more]

Why would God be below the earth? In the Biblical model (not “my” model), God sits on His throne above us… ALL of us.
So what is there then? A brick wall? What is beyond the brick wall?
Think about this one please.

I’m always stuck in the middle of non-preexisters and Trinitarians, Gene. But from my middle ground of what the scriptures actually teach, I can see the good and bad arguments from both sides. You make excellent scriptural arguments that Jesus isn’t God Almighty, while Berean turns around and makes excellent scriptural arguments that Jesus preex…

We are not told what – if anything – is below the waters that are below the earth… only that there are waters below the earth.
Well it would be safe to say that God is there. So now you are also looking down using your own analogy and simple 2D models.
Unless that area belongs to a different God.

I don’t think I have read that verse or studied it.
Besides that, we can say we have seen God when we see his image.
We can say what God is like to a degree when we look at what he has created.
We can say we have heard from God when we listen to the shepherd, the prophets, and anyone speaking by inspiration of the Spirit.
Yet many get very…[Read more]

What does it matter.
We all know that marriage is a Christian institution whether you believe in it or not.

But if they are equal, why not.
Because if God died there would be nothing.
But if the Son of God died, then that is a worthy sacrifice for all people.
He wasn’t sacrificed because he is God’s equal.
But he is greater than all mankind.

Berean: …but know that to save mankind, God needed someone who was EQUAL TO HIMSELF, HIS OWN SON.
So the Father could have died for our sins then?

LU: A father begins to be a father at the moment his son begins to be a son. In regards to God, his essence was eternal and became both father and son at the same instant.
This is either a lie or is true, but no written. It must be a lie because there are scriptures that contradict such an idea.

Absolutely not according to me. According to Proclaimer, yes… but not according to me.
I’ll say it as it is. This is a lie. How ironic.

There is nothing that even SUGGESTS that “up” is a relative term in scripture. Nor is there anything in scripture that says the writers of Bible were only making stuff up about how they understood the world from their own limited perspective. Rather, they wrote of things God Himself showed them, and often they would be speaking by God’s Holy Spi…

What would be a better example to demonstrate that Lord (adon Strong’s 113) is not always a human ruler, Proclaimer, since you think there could be a better example?
Or that it just means ruler. And if it is God, you would define that or say YHWH.
Like the word king. There are many kings. But if you were referring to King Jesus, you would l…[Read more]

Ah… but the owner of the forest and his 24 managers don’t reside together everywhere “outside the forest”. The owner has a throne surrounded by 24 manager thrones at one specific location outside the forest. So if those thrones are east of your location, then you are NOT looking towards them when you look west, north, or south. You are only l…

Proclaimer……what Adam ‘quoted’ directly from scripture is exactly right, you can’t deny it so you come up your “mystery” religious false teachings.
Have you not heard that even we can inherit divine nature. I guess you haven’t. It could also explain your teachings which focus on the flesh.

I didn’t read your whole post Berean because it is a bit long. But of what I did read, it looked pretty spot on.

That word Lord in Isaiah 10:33 is the word adon obviously not meaning a human ruler there. It is not the word adonai, Strong’s #136.
Sounds like it could be any ruler. Perhaps even angels. Mostly men by the sound of ot.
Proclaimer replied to the topic JOHN 1:1 who is the WORD? in the forum Scriptural Teachings 4 years, 9 months ago
Do you see that word “usually” Gene? That means that adon doesn’t always refer to a human lord. Therefore, you can not say that the adon in Psalm 110:1 is a human ruler just because it is adon. Adon can also mean a non-human lord. I gave you a perfect example of this in my last post to you.
Without looking into it, it sounds like the major…[Read more]

So called divine nature for (a) Messiah is no where mentioned in the whole of Hebrew Bible. He is meant to be human born to human parents as a descendant of David;
Your wisdomappears to be earthly, flesh, carnal.
As the plan of God progresses, more will be revealed about what lies beyond the veil. Or do you think there is just flesh and that’s…[Read more]

Berean…..your last post is a very good post . I do agree with him. Jesus is indeed the “HUMAN” Messiah mentioned in the Old Testament . BUT not the “GOD” messiah you and others here preach.
So we who believe will partake of divine nature, but the messiah is in no way divine, ever. He didn’t empty himself and come in the flesh because he has alwa…[Read more]
