Quote (heiscomingintheclouds @ June 09 2006,19:42)Until believers go and do an indepth search and follow the path of the church throughout history, how can they claim to know what is a valid translation or invalid translation. The majority of so called believers are far to slothful and it is for this reason apostasy has stolen the souls of many.…[Read more]

Thanks david. There could be a distinction say:Biblical DoctrineCreeds and TraditionsOne would include obvious and clear teachings such as God, salvation, baptisms, judgement etc. The other would be inferred doctrines, like Trinity, infant baptism, or other teachings not specifically mentioned, or words that are not mentioned, but what people…[Read more]

Holy Spirit, baptisms, and the like are revealed in scripture, so they would best be kept in 'Biblical Discussions' anyway. But Nicene Creed, Trinity, Penance, 144,000 doctrine of the JWs etc would fit nicely into 'Creeds and traditions'. Or any doctrine that is inferred so to speak. It wouldn't necessarily just contain false doctrine. There must…[Read more]

True. But on the other hand, it already seems to be very important than perhaps it should be, when compared to other doctrines. Also having them under one roof (so to speak) will likely mean fewer new discussions based on the Trinity. Currently there are quite a few and I suspect that is because topic starters couldn't see the ones that already…[Read more]

Quote (Oneway2besaved @ June 10 2006,01:01)I have read your passage debunking the Trinity doctrine. I am praying that God reveals the truth to me about this topic. You have strong points in your passage. However there are two scriptures that seem to be hard to swallow for a person not believing in the Trinity. I am also curious as to why you…[Read more]

The rejection of truth happened a long time ago.The sin of man will be fully known in time and will culminate to the man of sin.Perhaps the fruit of apostacy will demonstrate this rejection more clearly to many. It seems that more people are starting to wake up so to speak. At some point there will be a collision of ideals regarding the Kingdom of…[Read more]

Is it the apostacy that was foretold?
Proclaimer replied to the topic in the forum The Trinity Doctrine 20 years, 5 months ago
True this is about the Trinity doctrine. However because this doctrine formed the creeds, it may spill over to the subject of denominations as most are founded on the Trinity doctrine or a creed that has the Trinity doctrine as it's main pillar. But yes the focus should the the Trinity doctrine.

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, so in that sense we have escaped the curse. If we haven't escaped, then the law has power over us to make us accursed.Galatians 3:13Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.” Galatians 3:10All who rely on…[Read more]

True. To be extreme about the concept we could say that “even liars tell the truth sometimes”. We also know that a broken clock is correct twice a day.But the Roman Catholic church treats the Trinity as a foundational doctrine. Yet it is not even taught in scripture. So it is not because the Roman Catholics belief in the Trinity that makes it…[Read more]

Is 1:18, Why is a rebuke interpreted as a lack of love.Jesus even rebuked Peter for good reason.Jesus rebuked the Pharisees too. So OneoftheLordsGenerals left and thought that what was happening here was a distraction. It's a pity that he wasn't interested in the truth. It seems ironic that a self-proclaimed general of the lord cannot handle the truth in scripture and prefers to run off and believe in a doctrine called the Trinity which was devised by man. His Avatar was…[Read more]

I think this is where JWs get the belief that Jesus is Michael the Archangel. The Great Prince – MichaelPrince of princes – JesusSimilar to confusing the following titles as the same being.Mighty God/god – JesusAlmighty God – The FatherThere are many princes, but there can only be one who is the 'prince of princes'.

Hey heiscomingintheclouds,I personally do not agree with your statement regarding the KJV.Why don't you start up a discussion regarding the KJV?

Is 1:18, There you go again. Agreeing with anyone that disagrees with us. You teach that the son and the Father are the same being if you teach the Trinity.Such teaching is lies. You are to be pitied.
