Quote (Not3in1 @ Mar. 29 2007,23:32)So, no – I do not have two spirits in me.Romans 8:16The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children.Aside from God's Spirit that dwells in his children, do we not have our own spirit? What do others think?

This is the only thread. It seems interesting to me that those who fear deception cannot be acting in faith, rather fear.It also seems fitting that most who claim to be cult busters actually do not realise that they are also in a cult.Often you hear of or read things from people who expose cults and often hold up the Trinity doctrine as the…[Read more]

Does God have a spirit?Does Christ have a spirit?Do we have a spirit? The answer is yes all 3 of the above have a spirit or are spiritSo how then can God and Christ be one and one with us and we with each other.By our spirits of course.Romans 8:16The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. It is by our spirit that we can…[Read more]

John 17:24″Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world. If Jesus didn't preexist then God loved the idea of Christ. If Jesus preexisted, then God loved Christ before the creation of the world.

It isn't pathetic. It is the only way that you can reconcile your doctrine (that God is 3 persons and one substance) while praying to one God. Think about it. I am saying the obvious.

Quote (WorshippingJesus @ Mar. 27 2007,20:33)In answer to your question I will clarify the scriptures above as follows…If I use the word “God” in my prayer, I am refering to One God, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.Yay, the answer was in there. So as I said earlier, you pray to God using singular language because you are praying to the substance…[Read more]

To WorshippingJesus. So you admit then that God created all things THROUGH the son.Good. So how does that prove that he is God, because you even acknowledged the following yourself?GOD CREATED ALL THINGS THROUGH HIS SON.The argument that this makes him God is ridiculous.E.g., Jesus builds his Church we know that from scripture. If Jesus uses me to…[Read more]

To WorshippingJesus.Quote (WorshippingJesus @ Mar. 27 2007,17:13)t8No faulty reasoning.Read the scriptures, there is Only one True God.Great you admit as such. Now combine that with the fact that this one true God sent his son.Can you see that? Can you at least throw away your pride and admit that?Of course we both know that there is one true God,…[Read more]

Hi WorhippingJesus. Here is the question that came from my post.I repeat that I am not ridiculing your prayer life, but I admit to ridiculing the Trinity doctrine.Q: If you fellowship with 3 members of the Trinity, why is it that you do not use plural language when praying to THEM.I couldn't find the answer to that question, but you say you have…[Read more]

VI. THE DOCTRINE AS INTERPRETED IN LATIN THEOLOGYThe transition to the Latin theology of the Trinity was the work of St. Augustine. Western theologians have never departed from the main lines which he laid down, although in the Golden Age of Scholasticism his system was developed, its details completed, and its terminology perfected. It received…[Read more]
