God is a God of peace and not confusion.
If anyone can appoint a meaning to baptism such is confusion..
Unless specified I suggest that baptism refers to baptism in water.
Acts 2.41
So then those who had received his word were baptised; and there were added that day about 3000 souls.

Men baptise in water but only God baptisesin the Spirit.
Acts 1.5
