Even Herod understood it meant the Messiah would be born in Bethlehem.
It says nothing about being born anointed but that is your private interpretation.Nobody here is saying Jesus was born anointed. Why create a straw-man?

and anointed at the river Jordan.

Your words are of confusion being unable to recognise that Jesus Christ refers to the anointed one.
Jesus of Nazareth was anointed with the Holy Spirit and power.Yes when I quote scripture it can be confusing. But scripture will renew the mind and will make things clearer. A good reason to not change scripture to suit own pet doctrines.

Having established that Jesus is the Messiah Hebrews speaks of Jesus.But your rule is Jesus is not the Christ. Only Jesus Christ is the Christ. But the Antichrist Spirit says that Jesus is not the Christ. We have a match right?
