    Hi Anthony. Sons are begotten and born. They cannot preexist their existence. You are deceived.

    • Profile picture of Anthony

      Well Nick
      I can see where you would say that seeing that, you think Jesus Christ, the only Begotten Son, is just a man. There a different’s between you and Him your deceived and He isn’t. The deceived doesn’t know there deceived. It’s only when God lefts the blinders of your eyes that you know, He maybe trying to do just that and your rejecting…[Read more]

    Please show us what you claim scripture says, that THE GODHEAD CONSISTS OF TWO, THE FATHER AND THE SON.
    You will not find it in scripture but in the theological nonsense of men. They make it up.
    Avoid them.

    @lester
    The Father and the Son are ONE in the ONE SPIRIT.
    Of course the Father is in the Son and the Son of s in the Father.
    No need to make up stuff.

    @anthony
    The Spirit spoke through Jesus.
    The Spirit was before Abraham.
    Wake up.

  • Profile picture of NickHassan

    @carmel
    Good you know Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
    So you will no longer tell us that he I s God.

  • Profile picture of NickHassan

    @carmel
    God was IN CHRIST reconciling the world to Himself.
    In these last days GOD HAS SPOKEN TO US in His Son.
    LISTEN

    The vanity of man knows no limits.
    Better to fear God.

    @EdJ
    Realise that everything in the new creation is of God. Flesh cannot enter and all live by the Holy Spirit.

  • Profile picture of NickHassan

    @EdJ Jesus speaks of the second death just as he did when he said some standing with him would never die,

  • Profile picture of NickHassan

    @EdJ Jesus prayed that those reborn into the Spirit will share hiscommunion with the Father.

    @EdJ if you have been baptised into Jesus Christ you have already died.
    If you live in the Spirit you have eternal life.

    • Profile picture of Ed J

      if you have been baptised into Jesus Christ you have already died. Agreed
      he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: <– yes water baptized
      And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. <– not water baptized
      John 11:25-26 (KJV)

  • Profile picture of NickHassan

    @EdJ Are you expecting your spirit to be one with the Holy Spirit?
    Sorry but as with Jesus your spirit will leave and return to God at death(ecc12)
    That is why we must find the river of eternal life before we die.
    We must pass over from death to life while we yet live.
    “Those who live and believe in me will never die.”

      Are you expecting your spirit to be one with the Holy Spirit?
      Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us
      John 17:20-21 (KJV)

    Your basis is human wisdom and you need to find divine wisdom.
    When the Morning Star arises in your heart he will lead you to all truth.
    Back off, dumb down and let God teach you.

    @EdJ
    The Holy Spirit in Jesus spoke frequently of the relationship.
    Why do you not listen?

  • Profile picture of NickHassan

    @EdJ
    Why can you not grasp the spiritual communion between the Father and the Son and those in the Son?

  • Profile picture of NickHassan

    Hi Ed,
    Are your questions rigidly targeted to one individual?
    This is a public forum.

  • Profile picture of NickHassan

    Hi Ed,
    More confusion because of your rigid human understanding of the One Holy Spirit.
    God shares his Spirit in different ways like light is diffused by a prism.

  • Profile picture of NickHassan

    Hi Ed,
    Once you grasp that there is one Holy Spirit, and the Spirit of Christ is one with God in that Spirit you will see light.
    Logic demands that they be separate. Forget logic and know what is spiritual.

    • Profile picture of Ed J

      there is one Holy Spirit, and the Spirit of Christ (and the spirit of Ed J) is one with God in that Spirit

  • Profile picture of NickHassan

    Hi Ed,
    No man can offer himself as a ransom for another.
    But from the Jordan the Son was empowered and led by the Spirit in communion with the Father.
    Thence God was at work in him, to will and to do, reconciling the world to Himself.
    To speak of the human vessel from then on is to speak of the Spirit.

      I asked Jodi that, not you

    • Profile picture of Ed J

      Here is what I said to you (please comment on this)…
      You assume “the Spirit of Christ” (incorrectly) is God’s HolySpirit,
      which is in direct opposition to what John 14:23 clearly says

    • Profile picture of Ed J

      Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me,
      he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and
      WE will come unto him, and make OUR abode with him.” (John 14:23)
      1. Spirit of God
      2. Spirit of Christ

    • Profile picture of Ed J

      Nowhere in Scripture does it say “the Spirit of Christ” fathered Jesus…
      only your brain-bondo says that… “Where are your witnesses” as you ask?

  • Profile picture of NickHassan

    @lester Hi TC,
    You glibly adjust and add to scripture to try to prove your own ideas.
    Whom do you serve?
