Hi Jodi,
The God of Israel is merciful by His nature and He loves to heal and set people free.
But they only have a few years to discover the salvation He offers in the Lord.
He allows the work of Satan to rattle our cage and wake us out of slumber

Hi Jodi,
Job 1.19
And behold a great wind came from across the wilderness and struck the four corners of the house, and it fell on the young people, and they died, and I, alone have escaped to tell you.
When God withdrew the hedge and permitted Satan to work the storm arose and killed Job’s family.
Fear God and pray for protection from Satan.

Hi Jodi,
Indeed Jesus Christ brought deliverance to the captives by the finger of God.
‘Jesus of Nazareth was anointed by God with the Holy Spirit and power and he went
about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.’
God cursed because of Sin?
Jn 9.2
And his disciples asked him,
’Rabbi, who sinne…[Read more]

Hi,
Lk 2.25f
And there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon, and this man was
righteous and devout, looking for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was
upon him. And it had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not see
death before he had seen the Lord’s Christ. And he came in the Spirit into the tem…[Read more]

Hi Jodi,
Where did Jesus deny the existence of Beelzebub?

Hi Jodi,
No question that God is in charge.
No question that Jesus declared all foods to be clean.
But your long posts trying to discredit the work and teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ are wasted.
Offering the scientific view over his words will always find popular support.
Those whom the Son sets free are free indeed.
His words are spirit…[Read more]

Hi Ed,
Great.
Then what are you saying?
NickHassan replied to the topic Dry Bones Shall Live in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years, 9 months ago
Hi Jodi,
1 Cor 15.42
So also is the resurrection of the dead. It would s sown a perishable body, it is raised an imperishable body;
it is sown in dishonour, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power;
it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual…[Read more]

Hi Jodi,
2 Cor 5.16
Therefore from now on we recognise no one according to the flesh;
even though we have known Christ according to the flesh,
yet now we know him this way no longer.
Therefore if anyone is in Christ he is a new creature;
the old things passed away; behold new things have come.
Do you not know of the new creation?
New…[Read more]

Hi Jodi,
Perfection of man is not on the agenda of God.
But that all can be made one in Him in the Lamb who was slain.
His new heavenly body, renewed mind and alive by His Spirit is the plan for us too.
NickHassan replied to the topic Dry Bones Shall Live in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years, 9 months ago
Hi Jodi,
A BODY THAT GOD GIVES ETERNAL LIFE TO IS A PERFECT BODY.
Such is not of the teaching of God but that of men.
A perfect body is not bloodless and damaged.
Salvation of the soul is the end of our faith.
NickHassan replied to the topic Dry Bones Shall Live in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years, 9 months ago
Hi Jodi,
The man from heaven now is equipped with a new heavenly body.
Earthly creation has a temporary life frame.
The new creation is spiritual.
NickHassan replied to the topic Dry Bones Shall Live in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years, 9 months ago
Hi Jodi,
Yes.
It was bloodless and full of holes.
NickHassan replied to the topic Dry Bones Shall Live in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years, 9 months ago
Hi Jodi,
The spirit is not the heart and mind.
The mind must be transformed by renewal.
But the human spirit is the life source lent to us by God.
The spirit returns to God at death but the same is not said of the mind.
You seem to be speaking out religious dogmas not from the revealed truth of our God.
The challenge is to find the Spirit…[Read more]

Hi Jodi,
What is this PERFECTED HUMAN SPIRIT?
At death the human spirit returns to God as Eccl 12 tell us and scripture tells us about Jesus at Calvary.
A PERFECTED BODY does not appear in scripture either.
But it does say THE PERISHABLE SHALL NOT INHERIT THE IMPERISHABLE.
NickHassan replied to the topic Dry Bones Shall Live in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years, 9 months ago
Hi Jodi,
Do you think that the damaged body that Jesus showed to Thomas is the new spiritual body?
Is that your hoped for inheritance too?
NickHassan replied to the topic Dry Bones Shall Live in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years, 9 months ago
Hi Jodi,
Yes he proved his body was the one they knew.
So how does this relate to the imagined healing and immortality of his flesh?
NickHassan replied to the topic Dry Bones Shall Live in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years, 9 months ago
Hi Jodi,
The promise made to Jesus in s that his body would not corrupt and the promise was fulfilled.
The sign of Jonah was fulfilled as another man who died came back to his natural body.
He was not promised that this torn body would heal and become immortal.
NickHassan replied to the topic Dry Bones Shall Live in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years, 9 months ago
Hi Jodi,
Scripture says that life is in the blood.
The man Jesus was raised in a flesh and bones body.
That body was yet unhealed when he showed it a few days later to Thomas.
Do you presume that this natural body without blood had the power to completely heal itself?
And you presume that bodies that are not heavenly or like to the angels…[Read more]
