Secondly, I don't really care what you “like” and “don't like”. And if I was “self justifying” by giving my p…[Read more]

Just check out the power your doctrine holds over you:Jesus – I came down from heaven.Paladin – Jesus did NOT come down from heaven.Paul – The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. Kathi,Was the spirit of ANY MAN WHO EVER DIED killed? How about their souls?Face it girl, Jesus died the same death any other human dies. If his death wasn't exactly like our deaths, then what hope would we have for being raised to life from a “real” death since Jesus was raised to life from only a “sort of” death?mike

Quote (Lightenup @ April 25 2011,22:57)Mike,Many have scriptures, the Jews for example, and don't believe that the Messiah is the Son of God. Kathi, I won't argue this “nit-picky” point with you. I know that the belief that Jesus is the Son OF God is the foundation on which Christ built his Church. This all started because you were quoting t…[Read more]

I don't see the discrepancy. Don't the scriptures teach that Jesus is the Son OF God? And isn't the knowledge and belief that Jesus is the Son OF God the foundation of the Church of Christ? They seem to go hand in hand if you ask me.Goodnight hillbilly.mike
