You are in my thoughts and my prayers , may the peace for The Lord by with you. I think you may find comfort in Romans 6 chapter and maybe the answers that your seeking. We are not to life in condemnation , ( not even self condemnation ) this is the very reason Jesus came to a fallen world. When you backslide never brush it off and never try to hide it. If a sin goes without repentance it will fester and that gives satan a crack that he can wedge his way in. He will then convince you with lies that your no saint, and you can never be ” good ” enough for God. First of all , the children of God are saints, and the great news is that we don’t have to be ” good enough ” for God . For it is not by our works, but by faith that we are made prefect through The Lord Jesus. As soon as you sin the Holy Spirit convicts you, that’s that awful feeling you get, and your mind can no be at rest for thinking of that sin. The thing that will help is to remember that conviction as soon as that sinful thought becomes a act. Speak Jesus’ name three times and ask for help ” please .” Remember , he will never leave you, nor forsake you.

Two weeks ago I got myself into a situation , I was backing my way out and it didn’t look good. In my mind I called for help. Within five minutes he answered my prayer. Trust him and believe !!!!

And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God – Rom 8:26-27

God is the purest of pure, holy of holiest , human man could never be exposed ( because of our sinfulness ) to that kind of purity without it literally killing us. In the Bible even Moses hair turned white after talking with God, and he was as close as one would ever come. Jesus was/is a human mediator between us and God. We are to live and learn throughout our lives from Jesus to become as liken unto him as humanly possible to prepare us to even stand in the presence of God . To know Jesus IS to know God.

The Lord God spoke ” The Word ” and Jesus came into being.
Jesus is the very essence of God, whom is called ” The Son Of God”.
In laymen’s terms : God gave man 3 chances to realize his sinful way.
First was the Abrahamic Covenant ( about 613 laws ),then the Mosaic Covenant ( 12 laws ) Then God sent Jesus ( the essence of Gods very being ) to try to get into our thick heads that we must believe upon
God ( witch is Jesus) and repent. When Jesus ascended to heaven
God would never leave us alone, so he sent his spirit ( Holy Spirit ) to
dwell within us. A spirit comes from a being, hence the name ” spirit ”
God had so become a man, to be able to relate to man. Everything
Jesus went through here on earth, temptation , hunger,thirst , etc.
was so man couldn’t say, ” how does he know what lonely feels like he’s
God “.
And YES God is the “only” way to salvation
John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me

Genesis 1:26   Let ” US ” make man in our image .

God is all knowing, he knew from the beginning of time what he was going to do to get man to understand his sinful nature, believe, and turn from his evil ways. God was speaking of Himself, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, and they ARE one in and of the same. The ” word ” you speak of, comes from the father, it IS the father ( God ) , that’s why they call it the Trinity .
