Philo personifies the Logos: it is the son of God.

It is like a parable when a being symbolizes the word of God. He does not make that clear except in a few places at most.

Philo does not teach of intermediary beings. He instead taught the actual word of God interceded between God and the angels. He did personalize the word as is done in Scripture but that does not mean it is a being. He is argument is God is to incomprehensible to have direct dealing with his creations.

I assume you mean the union of God and Jesus. The Spirit is there as well but it is not always mentioned as it is how Jesus and God are unified.
