Martain,I am skeptical of Dr. Brenner's translations as they do not fit the context of scripture in at least some cases. They are often close but not quite correct. That closeness can be deceptive.His definition is basically a translation since he is merely putting an English word to the Greek or Hebrew meaning of the word.
