Jesus was speaking to those he assumed were believe about divorce between believers. Paul has different opinion about a believer married to an unbeliever.

T8 already knows that you cannot have faith in Jesus Christ without faith in God and vise versa. The only difference you essentially have with him is what God and what Jesus you believe in. That is the same with many disagreements.
