A man that lives by the Spirit does not live in denial. Denial is a response of the flesh to protect the mind that cannot bear the truth. The Spirit knows that Scripture cannot be broken and any teaching that is broken is not of God. The teaching that Jesus is the one true God is broken as God is our Father and not our Brother.

It is just an impression based on the fact the title elder is used for humans and never angels elsewhere in Scripture. The 24 also sounds like the 12 tribes of the children of Israel and the 12 apostles.
