Thanks BD. I cannot see the goal of living in peace to be reconcilable with seeking the destruction of a people, however.

Thanks for the info. Knowing the goals of Hamas and Hezbollah, do you oppose them?
kejonn replied to the topic For bodi in the forum Other Faiths 14 years, 6 months ago
That was then, this is now. Do you deny that much of the Arab Muslim countries — as a whole — would like to see Israel destroyed?

Oh, and I really find it hard to believe you are unfamiliar with Hamas and Hezbollah. They are among the most well know Islamic organizations in the world, mentioned almost weekly in the news.

Quran 5:82 – Thou wilt find the most vehement of mankind in hostility to those who believe (to be) the Jews and the idolaters. And thou wilt find the nearest of them in affection to those who believe (to be) those who say: Lo! We are Christians. That is because there are among them priests and monks, and because they are not proud.Would not this…[Read more]

OK, as I thought. As a Christian, I condemned the actions of the Westboro Baptist Church, a group. I still do (hehe) but I was not afraid to do so as a Christian. That being said, Hamas' charter calls for the replacement of Israel and Palestinian territories with an Islamic Palestinian state. This would mean that the Jews would have to either be…[Read more]

No complaints, just wondering if you feel they are positive representatives of the Muslim faith.

I responded to one post addressed “To all”. That is all I will care to do because I simply feel that debating the origin of the universe is a monumental waste of time.

No dishonesty, no manipulation. Your posting history on the Internet is available for all. You have been banned from many of them, and very few even care to respond to you any more. I am going to place myself on that list because your modus operandi is to argue for the sake of arguing while refusing to accept reality over imagination. I cannot…[Read more]

Actually, “Asana Bodhitharta” has nothing to do with Islam. Its a term from yoga. “Asana” means “to sit”. As for Bodhitharta the member, it seems he has a record of making an annoyance out of himself on as many atheist boards as he can. His presence here before being placed in the Skeptics class shows him to be moving on to the next target:…[Read more]
