That was an odd statement: “I am 205 pounds and for some reason I are trying to lose weight but my body won't lose the pounds I feel so fat.?”

Paul “got it right” by Marcion because Paul brought Jesus to the Gentiles, and in turn, brought monotheism to them as well. That is how Jesus has become savior: by introducing God to the world. Of course not all of the world, but I think you get my meaning.

Yes, it is not necessary to match Jesus up to the coming son of David that the Jews expected. That is why he was not — and is still not — accepted by most of them. Jewish Christianity died with James and his fellows. Roman Christianity is what we have today.

As far as I can tell. You rarely ever supply scripture to back up what you say. There is nothing in the bible that says that the men writing it were reminded of every jot and tittle. That is just you needing it to be so in your mind so you don't lose faith.

Yes, the fruit that Paul spoke of would make the world a better place. Yet I don't see it happening. So in the meantime, we've got some work to do.

Nick,I'm referring to the fact that practicing Jews focus more of their time improving life here while Christianity does not. By this I'm saying we can learn from them and stop focusing so much on heaven. Make this life the best we can and we'll let God take care of the life we have in heaven.
