The generations given in Matthew contain all the needed elements to fulfill God’s prophecies, that God would be a Father to the son of Solomon, David, and Abraham.

The promise was that God WOULD BE A FATHER unto THEIR SON, THEIR OFFSPRING, NOT that God would send His already existing offspring to be made into their offspring. That is backwards,…[Read more]

Anthony a verse is connected to all other verses. One verse aids in the understanding of another. I know you know that!

Verses are held in the context of not just it’s chapter but with the entire bible. I’m sure you know that as well.

LOGIC, when it comes to debating scripture, does exist. It exist when a person gives an understanding to a verse…[Read more]

To break down my long post,

Folks I’d appreciate it if you could address the follow question.

Why was Jesus born from a virgin? Answer, give scripture and understanding

    My answer:

Jesus was born from a virgin because God had promised it as a SIGN unto the house of David, due to the threat of the tribe of Ephraim. By this sign they would kn…[Read more]

    LU, you said

“No Nick, not a gamete. The Son in spirit form was brought forth into Mary’s womb where He united with the flesh of a developing human being when Mary conceived.”

In order for Jesus to be a MAN, a human being he needed a HUMAN SPERM and a HUMAN EGG.

LU do you deny that it is the Son of MAN WHO FOREGIVES your SINS?

    To ALL,

Yes Nick Jesus did not sin before his anointing. The Spirit of God was with him prior to his anointing, but the Spirit was given without measure unto him at his anointing, and it caused several things.

Luke 2:40 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.

    Hi LU,

You said, “Do you think that you can receiveth the Father apart from the Son?”

No I do not, because the purpose of the Son was to bring us to FAITH in God.

1 Peter 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: 20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest…[Read more]

Thank you Gene for you encouraging words of support.

Yes Ed J, I would say that others are presenting a false Christ and thus a false gospel.

A Christ identified as having glory and honor because he pre-existed eternally is a false Christ. Such is taught in most churches, where the focus is on how great God is for becoming a human in order to…[Read more]

    LU,

I will address each one of your examples where you try and prove that Jesus is Jehovah and show it to be false.

I will start with this one,

In Isaiah 43:10-11 and 45:21 JEHOVAH declares Himself to be the ONLY SAVIOUR. There is no other Saviour besides Him! According to the New Testament, Who is the ONLY SAVIOUR (Acts 4:10-12)?

    Hi Nick,

They mean the same thing. He became that which he received. When Jesus was raised from the dead he received the firstfruits of God’s Spirit, becoming an eternal man.

The fruit of God’s Spirit eternal life

He received immortality and became immortal.
