Even Herod understood it meant the Messiah would be born in Bethlehem.
It says nothing about being born anointed but that is your private interpretation.Nobody here is saying Jesus was born anointed. Why create a straw-man?

No the Christ was born as a normal man of body, soul and spirit at Bethlehem
and anointed at the river Jordan.
You misinterpret scriptureBut thou,
“Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah,

Who is the “He” referring to in Micah 5:2 ? Christ, Yes?
